Everybody at this Popeyes deserve a raise. Especially my consistent faces. My chicken always hot, food always good, workers always pleasant. Sides always point. I can’t and won’t eat another popeyes!!!! Did I say that chicken always hot!!!

I ordered a 5-piece chicken tenders meal and upgraded it to a large, but the experience was really disappointing. The tenders were the size of nuggets and seemed old, dry, and cold. The mashed potatoes portion was extremely small—about three spoonfuls—which definitely didn’t match what I expected from a large meal.
On top of that, the customer service was poor. The person at the drive-thru window was rude and didn’t seem interested in helping. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues either. Over the past few years I’ve visited multiple Popeyes locations and noticed the same problems: inconsistent food quality and bad customer service.
At this point it feels like the company is going downhill. I used to enjoy eating here, but experiences like this make it hard to keep coming back.

Great Popeyes to dine in or carry out. Drive thru is super fast typically as well. Not in the best area but when you go inside you would think your in an upscale neighborhood. Food is always hot and fresh and I never received a wrong order.

I placed a carry out order via your app for the fish sandwich without tartar. The sandwich had tartar sauce on it. I’m allergic to eggs so therefore anything mayonnaise based is a no go for me. I contacted support even sent pictures wanting a refund for a sandwich I had to trash. However, customer support has been taking me through the ringer at this point it’s theft. Had I bitten that sandwich without checking it first I would be dead or laid up in the hospital. That’s like a person being allergic to seafood, and you cook fries or chicken in the same grease as your cooking shrimp or fish for a person like me with severe allergies that’s deadly. Also if customer support took the time to look at my order history via the app you’d see over the past 3 years anytime I ordered chicken sandwiches they where ordered without mayonnaise. Do better Popeyes I don’t care how much that fish sandwich was it’s my money, and I want a refund for the product I paid for out of my hard earned money that I didn’t receive. You corporations are too greedy, and consumers like me are getting screwed over everyday by not getting what we paid for. Your corporate office is a joke as well.

I love y’all deals on the app. I love y’all bogo deals, etc. You guys definitely read the room on this economy and I thank you. My chicken is always delicious! And I loved my apple pie. I’m so glad y’all still deep fry them. I hate that McDonald’s bakes their pies. Just shameful. One thing that’s hit or Miss for me are the biscuits. I don’t love them. They get cold so fast I normally have to reheat them in my air fryer. Is it just me. Anywho! Thank you! Dining out at Fast Food restaurants has become a luxury. Smh. ♀️ Thank you for doing your part to keep us fed during these lean times.

They have got to do better, I ordered a small potato and gravy, the food was cold and the portion size didn’t even fill the bowl halfway. Ànd way over priced, $3.29 plus tax. I will never go to this place again!!!

Shamika provided excellent customer service. And the French Fries were fresh, the chicken and the biscuit was fresh tated like the chicken and french fries were cooked in FRESH grease. Chicken is always hot and fresh BUT they need to cook it a little longer. It’s too soft and not crispy enough. So it’s a bit bland. Other than that, at least it’s hot and fresh.
