Got home with the food they gave me a lot of fries, but you can tell they were old and soggy The apple pie was cold as ice and this was around 6 o’clock and it had a timestamp or something on it said 815 The chicken sandwich was also cold, but I can do that, I definitely won’t be back to this location for sure I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ordered

Man I just left there its a guy there i ordered a 3 piece chicken breast leg thigh. By the time my receipt.came out he was handing .e my food. It was so fast i did t know what was going on. Thats a FAST FOOD PLACE FOR REAL… Man i gave all 5 stars thank you

Stopped by this Popeyes (7/28/25 – 11:42pm) to grab a snack and a large side of gravy like I’ve done many times at other locations. They gave me a small side but charged me for a large, and when I asked about it politely, the staff got rude and dismissive. No apology, no solution—just attitude. Super frustrating experience. I had to leave and go to my usual location where they gave the correct size. I ordered a large side of gravy—just to go with my dinner later—and the chicken dippers ENTREE, Not even the meal. They also refused to give me my receipt or refund my order. Why did my total come out to $15 especially when I was given the wrong size gravy? (Wrong size gravy on left, correct in the right).

Fraud Alert! I ordered a mango lemonade (I love lemonade) and received mango water. I brought my receipt back after the holiday vacation and was told that too much time had passed, in which, when I called to tell them, I wasn’t advised to return within a certain timeframe. $5.00 wasted. Never again!!
Side note: My original order was on a Friday evening and I was already down the highway by the time I took a sip so turning around and coming back wasn’t an option. Also, I very rarely eat fast food so I don’t frequest this place (I’ve probably been three times within the last 2 years).
PS I will also file a claim with my bank.

I always choose this location over others based on their speediness, and usually the chicken is good but this time the chicken was terrible. I ordered a two can dine through the drive through and the chicken isn’t golden like it usually is, most of the pieces have soft spots on them like they weren’t fried long enough but looks dark as if the oil they were fried in is dirty and needs to be changed. The taste is not quite there either. I also came on Juneteenth some months ago and bought a family meal and I was missing about 4 pieces of chicken. Also, the staff could be more friendly instead of the first thing they say is your total they should greet the customers first.

Very very long wait in a line of people ordering. It wasn’t because of understaffing either. They had a bunch of staff in there. Also wasn’t very busy, but customer were waiting in line for 20 min to order. One lady both working the register and filling the orders, and she was not in a hurry.
Then the food was mediocre at best. I guess because it had been sitting for so long by the time people were getting it.
