Pretty much every single thing was wrong with our order. We ordered 6 simple to make wraps at 9:20. Arrived around 9:40 and asked for our pickup. We were then pulled to the door to wait, when there was absolutely no one at the restaurant. I’m fine with waiting, but we waited almost 20 minutes. We finally got our food and drove home and realized they put a large mashed potato instead of a large Mac and cheese. My husband went back to the restaurant to find out they were out of mac and cheese. Ok, that would have been nice to know when we were sitting there for 20 MINUTES the first time. We decided to just deal with it and finally opened our wraps to find 4 out of the 6 completely wrong. And absolutely inedible. My kids don’t eat spicy stuff. Every single wrap was covered in spicy sauce. The only thing they did right was the lemonade. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as $40+ on awful food is crazy. I’ve heard awful things about this location, including they have rats and roaches. This location needs to be investigated by corporate.

Got the 2 pc spicy dark meat combo with red beans and rice as the side. Service was excellent; had to wait a little time as they had to fry the chicken fresh for the multiple orders I saw. Taste was excellent but a little disappointed in the size of the biscuit. Also, the serving cup for the red beans and rice was not totally filled.

I went there around 6:30 on Feb, 14 2026. I had a online order (2) 6 pieces, (2) 3 pieces, (2 ) fries. I go in a black guy with dreads give me my order. I get to the truck and notice (1) of my 6 pieces isn’t in there. I go back in and then this black lady with red dreads ask what I needed. I told her the pick up name and told her 1 of 6 pieces wasn’t in there. She.got HOT rolling her eyes basically calling me a liar. Rolling her eyes say no ma’am I packed that order so I know it’s in there, I know it’s in there. So I said let me go get the bag out the truck. She was like YEAH GO GET IT !! I can’t imagine what she was saying bout me when i walked out to get it. I bring the bag in she check saw the other 6 piece wasn’t in there and rolled her eyes n pushed the bag to the side. And snatched a chicken box off the thing. Slammed it down to start putting another 6 piece in. I think she assumed I went to my truck and took the chicken out.!! So the first guy who gave me my order was standing there looking and I pointed next some other boxes they had ready and I asked him I said can you check in them boxes over there that yall have packed n ready for online orders and make sure it’s not over there I said because yall ain’t boutta think I’m trying steal no chicken!!! He walk over there the very 1st box he check and he said (Carol) what was it suppose to be again. She rolled her eyes and in a snappy way said a 6 piece. He said oh it is up here. So then him and her standing there looking crazy. Because she knew she had done popped off about fixing the bag and knowing it was in there (As if she don’t make mistakes) He put the chicken in my bag and apologized. And (Carol the lady with red dreads) looking crazy saying (I’m sorry) which I do accept her apology. My problem is she didnt even give me the benefit of the doubt! Just flat out caught a attitude with me because she thought i was trying to bag some extra chicken! Don’t just automatically think somebody lying bout food everybody ain’t honest but some people ARE (I am)…. I like chicken but I don’t like it enough to go to hell about stealing no chicken Carol !!! 2 stars isn’t for the food the 2 stars are because if you go there and your food is missing be ready to get treated like a popeyes thief.

The biscuits are dry. The employees need to make sure they are fresh, warm and buttered…FYI, I worked at a Popeyes in NC about 16 yrs ago. Our location put soo much love into everything and changed the batter and oil. I can tell when the food has been sitting. This location is not worth your time.

Be careful with your order, some items on the marquee sign is priced lower than the real price. I called to bring it to the manager’s attention, and after explaining my issue he put me on hold and never came back. I’m not asking for money back I just want you to be aware and change it. The customer service and management is poor and careless.

So my boyfriend found out that I never had the Famous Chicken Sandwich from here and so we ordered it for pick up.
(Before I go on I do just want to say the sandwich & going lady at the counter were freaking amazing!!)
But what wasn’t amazing was when we came in or did wasn’t ready so we had no problem waiting I worked for industry for 11 years I understand. What I didn’t understand was people coming in after us getting their orders but we were told there was no chicken ready #mm l momma so we continued to patiently wait and the very nice young lady at the register offered us drinks and kept apologizing for the wait. Matter of fact she was the ONLY one that did and she’s not even a manager & that speaks volumes. When the food was finally ready after waiting an ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES she gave us our food, plus something else a lil extra for our wait cuz they were about to close anyways & she was the best part of the WHOLE EXPERIENCE besides the Amazing Sandwich…. I wish I knew her name. Thank you sweety!!

Our first time ordering at this restaurant. We went thru the drive thru and we ordered a sandwich and I got a meal with chicken and coleslaw, and their famous biscuit. When I started to leave I happened to open my bag and there was mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. I went inside and waited for the employees to wait on me, and waited. Finally someone noticed me. I said there was mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw. She said in a very agresive time that they were out of coleslaw like I should know. Why didn’t they say something when we order it. I also asked for butter for my biscuit and she said that they had no butter, it didn’t need they butter it themselves. Well my biscuit was dry, and almost flat as a hickory puck, nothing like the pictures. Never again.

Came by for lunch when driving through Florence for work. I should have looked at the reviews first. It took like 26 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. I got the new fish sandwich. It had more breading on the fish than there was fish. The fish was so thin. They didn’t give me a Receipt so I had to go inside and get one and when I went inside it took them probably 5 minutes before someone came up to the front register. The only positive thing about my experience was the lady that took my order was nice and professional.

A chicken restaurant that doesn’t have chicken I was in the drive through for about 10 minutes and when I got to the microphone to place my order the person taking the order was complaining about people coming to order chicken and told me it was going to be a long wait she didn’t know how long but it was going to be a wait and there was four cars in front of me waiting like I said a chicken restaurant that doesn’t have chicken.
I saw the response to my post so I decided to give them another try got to the drive through saw two cars drive off so when I got to the mic to place my order I was told 20 minute wait on chicken I really don’t see how or why this place is still open
