Food was as expected, good. The issue we had was the mess at our table as we asked them for plates or two boxes to use them to serve our food, as we purchased a family meal. We needed to improvise with what we had available, braking one of the boxes to use as plates. First time ever I feel we were eating like homeless. It wasn’t a good experience at all. It’s a management problem, there was one nice employee who took two small boxes for us to use, and the manager told them not to give it to us. The employee felt embarrassed as she was just trying to satisfy us as clients. That employee deserves a better job. For the record, It was at 1 PM on February 14th 2026. I understand there are rules to follow, but the rules will need to focus on customer satisfaction, not the opposite. And either or, employees should be able to brake rules, in certain situations, if is to satisfy the customers. I thank that employee who tried to help us. Thank you !

So I work down the street and come quite a few times a week but decided to dine in with my husband and son. There was no ice in the soda machine, toilet tissue on the side to utilize, the cashier acted like we were bothering her to place an order. Said I could get one dark and one white with two pieces for six dollar box with two sides. That is not what the sign on the building said. She walked away without giving me my receipt so had to ask another staff for it.

I did not not receive all of the items that I ordered. The shrimp were like crumbs because they were old and dried up. I paid $8.99 for a half a cup of shrimp. I called the store to speak with a manager but did not receive an answer. They should just close. We work too hard for our money to be served garbage.

Online ordering was perfect; easiest and clearest of ANY restaurant. Love that you can customize almost everything; including the specific chicken pieces you want. Food was ready fast and was hot and delicious. Highly recommend! MUCH better than the Rivers Ave location which has always been a mess.

Food rated not as good as expected, red beans and rice was dry so with some of the chicken. Service was very slow, I was in there for more than 30 minutes, which is a travesty for fast food with 8 to 9 people working. They tended to use the online orders and the drive-through first which made a lot of people inside Wait a long time . Most sitdown restaurants don’t take this long for the food to arrive to the table. Atmosphere, very dusty due to the AC units. No napkins or straws near the coke machine. Popeyes was out of french fries and couldn’t break a large bill. Doubt I will ever go back.

Stopped by this Popeyes and left pretty disappointed. They were completely out of mashed potatoes, which was the main thing I came for, so that already threw the visit off. On top of that, the service just wasn’t great — slow, not very friendly, and it felt like nobody was really paying attention.
The one positive is that the building itself was clean and looked well kept, so no complaints there. But overall, the experience just didn’t match what I expect from Popeyes, and it ended up being a letdown.

tried a different Popeyes location recently and had a more mixed experience this time around. The chicken still had that signature flavor, but it wasn’t as fresh as I expected and tasted like it had been sitting for a bit. The fries were warm, not hot, and the biscuit was pretty hard around the edges.
Service was hit or miss. The cashier was polite, but the overall pace felt slow and a little disorganized. I waited a while for my order, and a couple of items needed to be restocked before they could finish it.
The dining area could’ve used more attention too — a few tables were dirty and the trash was getting full. Nothing terrible, but not the cleanest visit. I’d still come back if I was nearby and craving Popeyes, just hoping for a better experience next time.

I really wanted to like this Popeyes because I’m a big fan of their chicken, but this visit just missed the mark. The food itself was okay once I finally got it, but the wait was much longer than it should’ve been, especially considering the dining room wasn’t busy. When my order came out, a couple of items were missing, and I had to go back up to the counter to get it fixed.
The place didn’t feel as clean or as put‑together as it should. Tables needed wiping, and the drink station looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while. The staff wasn’t rude, just seemed overwhelmed or distracted.
