First time here. Surprised me. Didn’t expect the wing experience to be better than those common places I eat at regularly. But you can’t pass up a two for one deal on Tuesday’s. Regular days are five wings are for 10.00. On Tuesday, today, I ordered ten wings for 5.00 dollars. Feels like an all you can eat special, after that deal, with good drinks and added extra bites, you can’t say you wasn’t feed. Comfy atmosphere and not loud, atleast on Tuesday’s. Will recommended here a place for wings on Tuesday’s. For the taste buds, my evaluation on the wings…Dry rub bone-in wings are most tenderous when dry. And Wet sauces on wings are more tenderous boneless. I’ve tried both ways and I’ll go that same route again. Birria eggrolls wasn’t seasoned as other spots I’ve tried, taste plain to me. But fried mushroom order is a winner if you’re a mushroom lover, big and fried soft and tender. Giving this place a 3 stars for now. I want to try their fried Mac n Cheese and the other appetizers to see if it’s an all in one wing bar for me.

I came here with high expectations after hearing great things from a friend, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. While our server was kind and attentive, there seemed to be a major disconnect with the kitchen. In our party of eight (6 adults, 2 kids), three orders were incorrect—and frustratingly, they were sent out wrong a couple of times as well. Management did comp one meal to make it right, which we appreciated. It seems like a fun spot for sports, but the kitchen communication definitely needs some work. (Also I only got 14 instead of 15 wing)

I ordered the Wednesday special of the Hickory Burger (Wednesday, August 27, 2025) and requested it be prepared well done with no cheese via Door Dash. When I opened it, the burger was pink on the inside with remnants of scraped off cheese in some places and cheese just left on it. I was highly disappointed as I’ve heard great things about this restaurant and had one of their salads before and it was delicious. I hope this does not happen to other customers.

I just had the worse experience with my order. 2 for 1 bone in wings were definitely reheated wings. The meat was so hard it wouldn’t come off the bone. I don’t understand why people don’t take pride in their work, or why management supports sending food out of their kitchen like that. I will pay more attention on my carry outs in the future if I decide to give them another opportunity.

The atmosphere and vibe of the building was top-tier. I ordered 10 lemon pepper all flat well done extra spicy wings. The presentation of the meal was top-tier however, as I begin to eat the wings, they were extremely greasy to the point. I did not want to eat them the wings taste like whatever they were cooked in and I did not finish the wings extremely disappointed because the look and the presentation was top-tier. However, the taste was oily and saturated in grease that it was almost nauseating. The potato wedges were out of this world. They were amazing if I had to rate this place it is definitely a four out of 10 because the wings is why I ordered and they were definitely a mess. They were not great.

The service was good but they did mix up on my sons burger and put mayo instead of mustard that he asked for. We sat on the patio an watched the game, was very clean an enjoyable. My main complaint is that the wings were way over cooked, almost like they were reheated couple times. The potatoe wedges were delicious though and my husband and son said their tots were good. The burger an chicken sandwiches are huge!

Chicken wings were puny.
Bar couldn’t make an old fashioned (just a glasd of bourbon with an orange peel)
I don’t live in the area, so maybe it was a bad night, but it was my first Big City Wings trip ever and I can’t see myself returning to any of them for any reason.

Always inviting, very nice staff especially Sara the waitress! Food, drinks and service are always on point and their management is always ready to assist if theres an issue and always visits the tables to ensure satisfaction. Only thing downside is they took shrimp off the menu lol but the daily specials make up for that .

Too many flies! And then after the flies left gnats came. I am sure that my order was not correct either. Plus I have an issue with being charged for sauce that should come with onion rings. $56 for the worse dine in experience. The previous reviews about their lack of cleaning off the tables after the last customers have eaten and gone are totally true. I witnessed this myself as I was seated. Right then I should have just walked out. Never expected this Big City Wings to be empty but now I see why. Please correct these issues so I can update my review.
