food was old and stale asked to wait 15 minutes, which is the crazy part to receive stale food. The portions as you can see in the pictures it was not even filled to the top. They were half empty the rice barely had any meat or Cajun sauce, just plain rice. The biscuits were steal only thing that was kind of fresh was the fries so I’m guessing that’s what we had to wait for you can tell that the chicken was sitting out. I am not the only one as you can see by the reviews that have issues with the service. The spray should be shut down if you can afford this location please do.

Mo was in the drive through taking orders I was closer to the outside she allowed 3 cars to go ahead of me I pulled around and asked if it was closed she yelled and curse and stated she was taking all orders I came in asking for a manager because cursing and yelling was unacceptable the manger James in training was just as rude I asked for his supervisor information or when a better time to come back and he stated he wasn’t giving it to me. Morgan was the only helpful person. It’s a shame that you get treated this way for trying to do business with a company and truthfully besides Morgan and 2 other younger males no one was working one guy walked in from the bathroom looking high as a kite it’s just ridiculous!

I had a good experience initially dining in with a friend. I returned later via drive thru and they didn’t have ice for drinks. I returned a week later to use a coupon Popeyes sent me in the mail and while 99% of the coupon was present, it was missing the 1% that included the code. Cashier refused to sell me the meal at the price I knew it would’ve been because I came a week prior (no ice) where I received the same deal. Do better. Maybe visit wing stop if you have expectations alongside paying a premium.

You know, I’m not sure why the workers have such bad attitudes && why management isn’t trying to fix it. A 2 can dine doesn’t come with breast. In the fine print it actually says that macaroni and breast will be an up charge…somehow I always get 2 breast even when I try to show them the fine print. I got 1 spoon for the mashed potatoes, no utensils for the macaroni…then I get home & open the macaroni & it’s just cheese with 7 noodles. They usually give hot sauce and honey the little boy threw our bag at us and closed the window. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back, I don’t even like getting my feelings hurt..or disappointed but they do it every time. They packed a 2 can dine in the tiniest box they had, which crushed my biscuits. Now if people stopped eating there they can’t wonder why. They have to fix their crew. & do things properly.

My first trip to Popeyes. I am just getting over the flu and was too weak to cook. I ordered a sandwich & coleslaw. When I got home (right behind the restaurant in Camelot) I found that the sandwich was as cold, and there was no fork or napkin in the bag. I had to heat my sandwich in the microwave. The slaw was not bad. I wasn’t expecting to taste dill in the slaw.

So the food is decent but pricey. Slaw is ok if you like dill. The sandwich is not bad, but i have had better sandwiches and services at other chicken fast food. Not sure if I will return, even though it is the closest to me.

Thank you, shift manager Brandie & AGM Meleeyah for being so accommodating last weekend when I came through the drive thru before closing!! I had ordered $18 of food online for my daughter & myself.. the payment was taken from my account but when I drove thru it wasn’t showing in the system. At first this would have been a loss & no food coming home but they wanted to fix the issue & they did just that. Although my review is late, the kind act didnt leave my mind. I had them write their names so I could get this review out! The world just needs kindness, thanks ladies!!

Came through drive thru on Sunday night. These guys were all hustling and I got the freshest chicken I’ve ever tasted. This is probably the best Popeyes I’ve ever had the pleasure of getting food from.

This is not only the worst Popeyes but the worst restaurant period. Customer service sucks and then they got the nerve to have attitudes. It wouldn’t be that bad if this was my first experience but this is the norm. The menu says one thing but they can’t give it to you because it rings up something else. When Popeyes first open it was good but now I see Popeyes future. There will be store closures and I hope it start with this one

The management here deserves a lot of praise. Their mission was to make sure there would be no more customers at this travesty of a restaurant and, by God, they made it happen! So, kudos. Now the employees can come to work, take smoke breaks, play on their phones and not have to worry about any pesky customers ruining their day.

As with most reviews for this particular Popeye’s, the low rating is well-deserved. This establishment has some of the worst service I have ever experienced. All of the attitude, drama, and pettiness from the young women who work there are completely unwarranted.

Today, my nephew and I dined in. We were never greeted. As we stood waiting, three young women pranced around, playing and talking among themselves without even acknowledging us. After about five minutes, I spoke up, and we were finally served. The employee waiting on us had a terrible attitude, citing that she wasn’t even supposed to be at the front counter. I told tell her, “Any scheduling issues and where management stations their employees are not my business. Calm down and relax because it’s just not that serious.”

While eating, my nephew and I observed the downright terrible behavior of these employees as they served other customers. I saw one man ask for a manager, who never came. Appearing frustrated, he walked out. Another man had been waiting for a very long time to be served. When he asked the employees, “Why are y’all treating me like this?” the Shift Manager, NICOLE, yelled from behind the food station, “You can just leave!” The way she treated that man was absolutely disheartening. Another male customer, who was also at the counter, shrugged his shoulders and asked the guy, “What was that all about?” After the man waiting finally got his food, he walked out. I got up and went out, too. I apologized to him for the way he had been treated. He said, “I don’t know why they do me like that. They treat me the same way every time I go in there.” After further discussing the matter, I went back inside.

As my nephew and I were leaving, I stopped at the counter and asked for the name and number of the Regional Manager. One of the employees asked, “Do you mind me asking what was wrong with your service for you to ask for that?” I responded, “A whole lot of things, but particularly the way that man was treated.” At that point, the same Shift Manager, NICOLE, started yelling at the top of her lungs, “If you don’t like the service, don’t come back! Go! As a matter of fact, don’t ever come back!” She refused to give me the Regional Manager’s information.

It’s extremely sad that my nephew, who just turned 15 (on the same day of this incident), had to witness such disrespect from someone in a position of authority. As a young 9th grader, he saw a man about three times his age be disrespected by a woman in such a way that I, even as a woman, could never reasonably justify it. Then, he had to witness his own aunt be disrespected simply for asking for contact information to report the matter to higher management. Instead of cowering and letting this absurdity go, I will be taking a much bigger stand by reporting this entire matter to Popeye’s Corporate Office. With all of the security cameras in that place and after viewing the footage, I’m hoping Corporate will take positive actions concerning this restaurant as a whole. Look at the reviews because I certainly did! Nor was I surprised. All of those different people basically giving the same reviews about the attitudes aren’t making up that stuff!

***** UPDATE 9/14/25 *****

To the owner:

Thank you for your timely response. Per your request, I attempted to contact your local manager, but to no avail, as I kept getting a busy signal. Therefore, I am uploading a photo of the information you requested. My receipt shows the date and time of my visit, which was yesterday, September 13, 2025, at 11:25 a.m. If you plan to pull video footage to validate my report, I strongly suggest you begin viewing around 11:10 a.m., as we waited for a while before being served.

You also asked for any other information or details, which I am happy to share. I will try again later to reach the General Manager. Thank you again; I hope the information on my receipt and any corresponding video footage will give you the proof you need to address the issues listed in my initial complaint.
