Customer Service was decent, food was fresh and hot but they forgot my sandwich so I was told to pull up and I waited 10-12 minutes, the hot food I had gotten was now cold and the breading was falling off of the chicken because of the long wait. They never brought the sandwich out so I pulled around to the window again, waited a minute or 2 and when I got my sandwich the chicken was cold and my bread was burnt black. My normal experience here is great, this trip not so much.

The chicken was dry and definitely not fresh. I asked for a bbq and a honey mustard sauces of which I was charged $.52 for.
Now the young lady gave me 14 packets of hot sauce and 7 packets of honey. All of which I used none of!!!!
Dining area was an absolute mess and the manger who took the order seem very not interested in providing nothing but the bare minimum of service of just taking the order.

Stopped by for to pick up a late lunch, and tried the Manager’s Special with a drink. 3pc, leg, wing, and thigh and Coke. The service was great as usual and the staff was friendly and helpful. My food was hot made to order. Thanks again for a great experience. I’ll definitely be returning soon..

Overall food and service is good. But this particular night 2/15/26 I went through drive thru and the male manager that was working that night came yelling at the guy working the drive thru, stating that we had been in line too long the people have to get in and out the line in 90 seconds, I literally had only been at the window about maybe 30 seconds. But the way the manager approached the employer and talked to him in front of customers like that was very rude and unprofessional. There is a time and place to pull someone aside and speak with them but bluntly, loud, and rude in front of customers is not it.

I thought about eating here. When I pulled in, one of the employees was outside in the middle of the parking lot, dancing and smoking a joint with his Popeyes visor on. That, combined with his pants around his knees, made me go next door to Slim Chickens instead. People are free to live how they want, but a certain level of professionalism is expected at work.

We just enjoyed the Cajun turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner. A real winner! Just enough Cajun flavor but not over powering. Very tender and with lots of juice to make gravy. Be sure to use a meat thermometer so you don’t over cook the turkey. Our 16lb whole turkey was enough to feed our family and have leftovers. I’m buying this again for Christmas.

This place was a disaster today. I saw multiple customers come back to the counter complaining about cold food. The kitchen was disorganized. It was about a 30 min wait for my food! Multiple cars stacked up in the drive through and about a dozen customers in the dining room.
That being said, when the manager got things running, the food came out hot.

We placed an order on the Popeyes app because it gave us some free offers- a free 8 count chicken nugget and a free regular-sized side. I got a classic chicken sandwich and a family sized mac and cheese (to share!) on top of that. We picked up the order and it only took about 5 minutes from start to finish, so that was really nice and convenient! The food was good, I have no complaints.

I dont eat the food there but the seniors coffee is good only 65 cent. Ive seen a lady use one glove to prep the cooked biscuits and there have been pictures posted of bloody fried chicken. Yall had better start cooking again, its not safe to eat fast food from many places!!
