Saturday afternoon and it was a very busy place. The building, appears to be an old Dairy Queen Drive through.

Drive thru had a steady flow of customers. There was a line of people inside. Plenty of seating available. We placed our order online, to pickup at curbside. Turned out they were out of desserts, so they let us substitute other items of the same value.
Staff was very polite and we could tell they were working as efficient as possible to keep up with the demand.

We got home and were eager to dive it. The food is very good. The sauce has a sweet smokey flavor. Potato Salad is very good, has a sweet tone to it.

We will be back.

30.06 & 30.07 signs are posted at the entrance.

I was so looking forward to eating this stuffed baker with chopped brisket… Well, it was not at all flavorful, it was sweet, and the potato was slightly under cooked. I tried to add butter and heat up for 2 minutes. The taste was really not even average. I asked what was on it and they took some time to respond, looked like the person taking the order had to ask around. First and last visit.

I was in rush-hour traffic on Mansfield highway and the smell of barbecue smoke lender me in. I went through the drive-thru, the drive-thru operator was polite and professional in taking my order I purchased a chopped beef sandwiches which wash loaded with meat came with barbecue sauce, jalapeños, onions, and pickles on the side, it was mouth watering and if you pay with cash you can save a couple of cents

I absolutely love finding places like this on my travels. I was absolutely blown away by the food here. First off, the okra was some of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect breading and flavor to match. The Brisket potato is SOOOOO good. Loaded up with all the best fixins and such a good size. Flavorful, juicy, Perfect temperature, and the BBQ sauce is so good too. If you are in the are, make this a stop for your Texas BBQ cravings.

First time visiting OTB BBQ. They offer good menu of options. Went with the Rib Sandwich. The meat fell of the bone. I’ve tried numerous BBQ places I felt the ribs were bit dry wish they had a much tender feel to them. The sauce had a thick texture to it and was good. The price didn’t match the quality but I may try it again.

First time here, and we have eaten at a lot of bbq restaurants. But this place is outstanding we had the horse shoe and a sliced brisket sandwich and both were incredible, the sweet tea was perfect and those ribs were so tender they really did fall off the bone. The potato was big fluffy and fully loaded. The peach and apple cobblers were soooo good, We will definitely be back.

Where to start? Being from North Carolina wasn’t sure how Texas barbecue would line up. Texans could teach us care a thing or two about beef barbecue. Tina the receptionist was awesome, went over to the menu and helped us make our choices.. We landed on the family dinner number one. We settled on brisket and sausage for our meat. Sides we went for the mac & cheese, potato salad and pinto beans. Brisket literally melted in your mouth, combined with homemade Q sauce made it delicious. Potato salad cool with a slight sweet taste. Pinto beans were the real deal as opposed to canned. Homemade sausage like nothing we’ve ever had. Portions were so plentiful that we are looking forward to having leftovers. The back of the house service was professional and very polite. Food and experience was like no other. This will be our first stop upon returning to Fort Worth.

May 2021. New review. Lowered score to 3 stars. 1st the good. Chopped meat, Fries & cobbler still good! Now…i forgot my previous review & actually paid for extra sauce. Im still not a fan of their bbq sauce. I wish they’d offer a sweet version in addition to the current. I didn’t like the 7up cake at all. Very lacking. Dry. Doesn’t seem homemade. That piece was so small compared to other mom & pop places i felt it should only be $2.00. I saw someone had posted a pic on here about a daily special-sandwhich side & drink- and the price was under $9 so that’s what i was expecting. Well to my surprise It is no longer that price! I dont know when they raised they prices but these menu pics here on google maps are all old. They say its prime…. Im assuming prime beef but I still don’t think its worth that.current price $15.00 w/tax…yes for a sandwhich side & drink. I feel its a bit much but as all the lovely Instagram entrepreneurs say these days “charge what you’re worth not what fits your customer’s budget” and I get that. Apparently the owner feels his product justifies the price so its up to me not to buy it and I won’t…again. The meat was good don’t get me wrong but even almost $9 just for the sandwhich alone still seems high. I was also quite disappointed in the bun I was given. I feel like that ruined the whole experience for me. Edges were so dry. You know how bread can get when its been sitting out. Well this was as if it was sitting in a bag with other buns but the bag was left open so it was partially soft partially dry. I ended up just scooping the meat off the bread and eating it. That defeated the purpose of ordering the sandwhich in the first place. I now know going forward. I will only order their ribs, fries and peach cobbler. Stick with what i know won’t (at least shouldn’t) disappoint.

Previous 5 star review—> I noticed that there was a recent review from about an hour ago. Today is Monday August 17th 2020 I’m not sure when they came. Probably on a different day because I also got the ribs earlier and they did not taste like leftovers at all. They looked and tasted fresh and they were hot. this is my first visit and I thoroughly enjoyed this. They’re deserving of the score they have. No wonder there’s often a line to the street. The ribs and the brisket stuffed Baker …yummm
Their bbq sauce was a bit heavy on the chilli powder for my liking but still good.
The cobbler was delicious. Lots of crust and peaches in my cup… not dry at all. The fries were even good …very well seasoned.
My only complaint the long line but when you’re serving good food like this and you come at lunch time it’s to be expected. I would return and wait all over again. Also the person handling the drive-thru was very nice…he was welcoming and patient with me.
