We were headed back to North Carolina and wanted to have some Popeyes before we went back. We passed this one on the road and I put in an online order through their app. The inside was open for mobile order pickups only, so we went inside and waited for our order. The people that were working seemed very annoyed with us for coming inside, and we felt a little unwelcome, but we made out alright. I ordered an 8 piece chicken nugget by itself, but it appears that the workers upgraded it to a meal and gave me 10 pieces of chicken and a sweet tea that I didn’t ask for, but totally welcomed. We got the large mac and cheese, and I got a small mashed potatoes with the gravy. The mac and cheese is interesting and honestly a little bland. The mashed potatoes were great! The gravy is amazing. All in all, the customer service aspect was lacking, but they made up for it with the extra food!

Horrible service, especially the girl who takes your order. Lacked manners and super rude. Also, didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else and ended my order abruptly. Food is bomb tho. Sad service. And also, for $15.00 I expected some utensils with my food. Additionally, why are my fries soggy and skimped out on? This is horrible, truly.

$11 for three chicken strips, and a side of red beans and rice and the soda. And they can’t even fill up the red beans and rice container. literally half full if that. I went to the counter and asked them to fill it up and she said that’s just how it is. But why is my larger red beans and rice full to the lid?

Ordered via the app using a support code from a previous bad experience. Went to pick up at 1pm, inside door is locked, forcing you through the 30 minute drive through line. Get to the window, window lady fights me on the sauces I paid extra for – which are on my receipt. Then tried to give me half of what I paid for. Then gives it up with an attitude.
