They refused to acknowledge me for 20 minutes and then when they finally said something to me they refused to give me my food. I assume it was laziness and they didn’t want to make it. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience with this Popeyes.

Contacted customer service as soon as I got home so I can get a refund.

Where the rest of my fries? Why did I go through the drive thru, get pulled up to wait 8 minutes by the door just to get COLD fries. Not luck warm, or warm, legitimately COLD. Im not even sure how that’s possible. I couldn’t eat them, just to avoid the risk of food poisoning. Oh, and the fry cup half full. Almost $50 and an 8 minute wait and this is what you get. Insane.

I have been to Popeyes 5-6 times and you think I would learn. I always wait nearly 20-30 minutes for chicken box orders and the orders are never correct. The employees are rude and act like your a inconvenience to them. Go to KFC or Smithfield if you want fast delivery and polite service.

The food is alright but damn I can’t get any good customer service. I was so polite and as soon as I pull the guy yells through the speaker “Hold on” and then I order an pull up to the window and I’m saying thank you and being nice and the guy is just glaring and staying silent. Can’t get anyone to say you’re welcome or even a hello.

I called Popeyes immediately I was told thanks for calling I’ll keep an eye out for it and won’t make the order while we wait for an email back from Popeyes. They basically told us no refund and we get to keep your money for food we sold someone else!

Terrible service and even worse food. When we arrived, all the workers were outside doing nothing until the manager told them to go back in. My friend and I placed our order at 8:07 PM and didn’t receive our food until 8:55 PM… almost a full hour later. On top of that, both of us are now throwing up from the sweet tea. Absolutely unacceptable. 10/10 don’t recommend, unless you’re looking for food poisoning.

Gross. After a 20 minute wait in the drive thru, and after being told that I was waiting on the blackened chicken, I received chicken that was way too crisp. Inedible basically because it was like biting a toothpick. Not juicy at all. And one of the pickles that was put on the sandwich was end part with the stem still on it. I don’t eat stems. Not a great experience at all.

My mother and I grabbed lunch and dinner here. The chicken was cooked perfectly. The red beans and rice did not disappoint, and the Mac and cheese is a great addition to the menu. It was spectacular. Looking forward to next time.
