Ordered via Grubhub and food was delivered quickly. Order was for two sandwiches costing $6.99 each and 3 pc chicken tenders for $8.89. Sandwiches were good but will not order tenders again. Tenders were very small pieces, too much breading. For the cost I would have expected more chicken in the tenders but the three pieces combined was likely less than tge chicken found in either of the sandwiches.

I just wanted to say Phoebel, Timothy, and Sharon were very delightful and helpful. They treated me so nicely, and I just want to say that I really appreciate that. These three greeted me and were extremely sweet, ensuring that my order was prepared correctly. Sharon gave me a complimentary drink on my way, which was really sweet. Timothy ensured that my order was correct throughout, and he didn’t have an attitude or anything. Phoebel had the sweetest smile and made sure to greet me upon my entrance as well. She, along with the other two, made me feel very comfortable to be there. I just want to say I hope God continues to bless people like that, and I want you guys to know that I really appreciate how sweet you were, continue to be the people you are, because we really need that in the world.
Just fyi I left a review on the mobile app as well and I wanted to add that Timothy was great. I said he didn’t give an attitude or anything, but I wanted to add because the way he went over and beyond for my order is really commendable.

Whoever visits this location, please check your bag before you leave. EVERYTIME I have placed an online order they intentionally leave something out of it. This is the 3rd time in a ROW that it has happened. So from now on, I don’t care if there are 30 cars behind me, I am checking my entire bag. I don’t work hard everyday to give Popeyes free money. No Mam, I do not. Also, I’m not wasting gas to get all the way back home and have to come up there. This just happened again, so I sat there and checked it. Was something missing, YES. Manager comes to the window puzzled as to why I’m asking for the missing item I PAID FOR. Dont you expect to receive what you pay for? Well alright then. Check this now! Hopefully management will see this. If you want your line to continue running smoothly. I suggest you talk to your staff and tell them ensure bags are correct, cause I will NOT move until I verify. Now do better!

The young working in drive thru was great!. This was around 2pm in the evening. The chicken was hot and fresh furthermore the youngman appeared to care about customer satisfaction. Great experience!!

darrien or darion the gentleman at the front was extremely disrespectful. He Threw sauces at me , walked away while i was buying . All of the other employees were super respectful and spoke to me after the incident . His extremely rude and passive aggressive. he’ll stand there and not even greet you. Mind you this is not the first complain about this gentleman

Ordered online, food wasn’t ready when we got there. So after waiting 25 minutes for my food to be ready, I get home and the sides are missing. Like another review said, MAKE SURE all of your items are in the bag before you leave.
I feel like our order is rarely 100% complete.

Today is the Sunday I just left Popeyes less than three minutes ago. I came through the drive-through and I purchased a ghost pepper wings and with the sauce on it, which is a wet sauce. They was not to my liking so I took them back and I went to the counter and the young lady she asked me she said what’s wrong with them with a very nasty attitude and I said I don’t like them. The man came over not once that he said ma’am can I help you or is there anything I can do for you to make this right? I said I don’t want the wings cause one the chicken is not fresh and too. I work in the food industry and I also run a restaurant so I know the difference and it taste in a quality high food supposed to be the young lady very nasty attitude for customer service on the front line which she needs to be removed. When your seeker shopper people don’t realize it’s best to be nice and treat customers with respect. The manager didn’t offered to do anything. The chicken was not fresh and I said OK. I don’t want any money back. You can take the chicken back and I walked out being friendly, kind and respectful goes way farther than a dollar.

Was late but service was pretty slow on a mobile order. Man at the window must have had a rough day, as he had an attitude because I didn’t understand what he was saying through the menu board.
Between the wait, lukewarm food and the ability to just be kind… or understanding. Would steer clear.

The night staff was horrible. I went to the location in Knightdale by Walmart and had the worst experience ever. I asked for sauce in substitution for cocktail sauce because I don’t eat that and the window attendant told me very rudely that it would be 35 cents for sauce and proceeded to shut the window in my face. I won’t be going there again.
