Ordered an XL cheese pizza and a side of breadsticks and everything was spot on. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and perfectly cooked with a great crust—not greasy, just classic and comforting. The breadsticks were soft, fresh, and came with plenty of sauce, which I really appreciated. Simple order done really well. Papa Gino’s never disappoints when you’re craving good, straightforward pizza.

Your website needs improvements. I requested to have my order be delivered 3 times and it would not change. I had to go pick up my order. Also, If I entered my email and Phone number for text messages I was supposed to get 20% off of my order and the prices were regular and one was even higher than the store price.

I always go to this Papa Gino’s after I get my hair done and Jessica always remembers my name (I hope I remembered hers!) and everyone is very friendly and kind. Been going to this Papa Gino’s location since I was in high school and it’s consistently delicious every time. I also mentioned being affected by the shutdown and that I’m waiting on my backpay after Jessica asked how I was doing, and she was very thoughtful and gave me an extra coupon to help me out.
