You were so fast, kind, and professional, and your smile truly stands out. The way you were helping your team while handling the drive-thru by yourself was extremely impressive. That level of multitasking and leadership is not easy, but you made it look effortless.

I honestly really enjoyed the food. Everything tasted fresh and hot, like it was just made. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, and you could tell it wasn’t sitting around. I visited today around 6 PM on a Friday and ordered a 12-piece all dark meat. The general manager was super nice and personally made sure everything was cooked fresh for me. While waiting, I got to talk with her for about 5–6 minutes, and she was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and insightful. We even talked about business, and I was so impressed to learn that she’s currently doing her PhD in business. That’s truly inspiring!
She was kind enough to offer me a drink while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. Really loved both the food and the experience.

I came around 9 PM and the lady who took my order had the sweetest smile. She even asked if I needed any condiments, which I really appreciated. Service was fast, food was fresh and delicious.

The fried pickles were so good! Perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They were hot, fresh, Honestly, they were the highlight of my meal. I would come back just for them and thank you for making it fresh for me the manager was super humble and nice.

The manager, Anisa, was handling the drive-thru completely on her own while the lobby was also packed and she managed both like a true professional. She stayed calm, focused, and still took the time to help and guide her team. That kind of leadership is rare, especially under pressure.

My butterfly shrimp was sooo good fresh, crispy, and absolutely hit the spot. I was really craving tartar sauce, and they gave it to me, which honestly made my night. I’m so happy it’s back on the menu!

Had a bad experience last time but, decided to give it a second chance . Last time I was there they refused to cook various items on menus because they were closing in 45 minutes and would only serve what was already made . This time they ran out of fries and the chicken was so dry it just crumbled in your hands (see pic) . They just seem not to care . Make sure you check your food before your leave!
