am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order of two pizzas. The order I received was incorrect; specifically, the “half and half” pizzas only contained two slices of cheese instead of half, and both were delivered with plain crust instead of the custom crust I requested.

I called the store to request a replacement for the incorrect items and spoke with an employee named Pedro Gonzalez, who identified himself as the manager. He informed me that the store would not replace the pizzas. This is the second time my order has been incorrect, and the lack of resolution during this interaction was very frustrating.

As someone who works in customer service, I believe that errors should be corrected to ensure customer satisfaction. I do not recommend ordering from this Little Ceasars location.

Extra Most Burned. Took over 20 min to get my pizza. No wonder it was overcooked… with a BIG lot of dough and NO extra cheese as expected for the $1 extra. This used to be my quick stop for a decent, inexpensive pizza — Not anymore.

I ordered a Batman Calzony and the pic shows how the calzone part was prepared. Flat dry burnt and hard. Also, I did not receive the Crazy Sauce that it comes with. I called the store to have this resolved and the person I spoke to was totally clueless and unprofessional. His responses were all “uhh im not sure uhh I don’t know.” I asked to speak to the manager and after putting me on hold he said there was no manager at the store. I then asked who was in charge and he answered “I don’t know man. We’re all just working here.” He showed zero interest in helping me. Please beware of this very incompetent store. What else can you expect from Hialeah!? Take your business elsewhere!

Its inhumane that the store has no air condition, for the customers and employees. All the customers are complaining and waiting outside because of how hot it is in there. If you want to stay in business fix the AC.

I share my bad experience with ordering from the website for delivery. I placed an order and did not notice the website had changed my address, and was not taking my address though I have placed many orders previously. I notice only when I received the notice of the delivery was on its way that it was coming from a different location then usual. I contacted the driver and delivery service, and they refused to deliver to my location even if it was two miles out. They gave my paid order to the wrong location. I never received my money back, and I still had to drive and pay for another order for pickup. Sometimes the website works, and other times it refuses my address for delivery. I have being upset because there is no corporate number or address to make complaints to. The store that took order and payment will not acknowledge. I am out of a $33 plus tip and other fees for getting nothing. Not only did I place order online, and had to pickup, but I had to go out of my way as a disabled person to get my order. Still waiting for a refund and an apology. Glad I’m seating because I don’t think I will not get either.

This is probably the second time that I have ask to put lite sauce on my pizza that sauce taste so strong !! And weird to me !! Go change the flavor a lil !! Not even that I made an DoorDash and on the app I put to put lite sauce and they did not they put extra tomatoes sauce on my pizza !! I was very much pissed off! Me and my mother do like like that sauce !! Go do better and change the flavor !!

I called little Caesar to know how much would it be to order a delivery so I can order on my phone in the app and the person that answer had a complete attitude he said the orders were only supposed to be in the app and he hanged up on my face. I was gonna ask him. I wanted to know how much for that thingto buy it so yeah at worst person ever.
