I love Popeyes! The chicken is always well seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The biscuits are amazing especially with honey , and the sides are very flavorful. The service at this location was fast and organized, even though it was busy.

My daughter had a Popeye’s gift card for Christmas, so off to Popeye’s we went!
No issues with the staff, no issues with the food (besides the fact I forgot to ask for her drink that came with her combo, but I take the blame there) and the atmosphere. Staff greeted us, got the order rolling and we were in and out within 5 minutes. No complaints from me!

I went in to grab lunch on my break it was about 1130 they hardly had any chicken ready what they did have ready seems to have been over cooked or sat for awhile. I don’t think I will be going back there.

This popeyes is a joke!!!! I was working nearby and I chose to go and get a 2 peice with red beans and rice for my side also a fountain drink. I got there by12:45 pm I didn’t even get my food for 22 minutes, I only get a half hour for lunch, so I know for a fact that I saw over 50 peices of chicken go to the drive thru, the guy that took my order was doing more walking and talking and he kept looking at the order slips. The so called rice and beans was basically bean juice and rice, I counted 6 beans &it wasn’t hot even the chicken wasn’t hot. I’m a local guide with Google and have enormous ratings, numerous reviews online for the good restaurants and the bad restaurants. This location of Popeyes is bad!!!!!!!! I will not ever return. Eating food that’s not hot enough can get you sick. Plus the amount that they charged for some so so food, it was like $13.00 & some change. This location might be fooling other people but not me.

Adawn gave the best customer service I’ve had at Popeyes in a long time! She verified my order before I even pulled up to the window, which I really appreciated because it made sure everything was correct. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and even let me know what items were in stock so there wouldn’t be any surprises. On top of that, she was polite, professional, and friendly the whole time. Great customer service like that makes a big difference and definitely makes me want to come back to this location again. Never again, unless I’m getting their fried chicken that’s already preprepared. Because they were busy, instead of spreading the mayo evenly on the bread, the person making the chicken sandwiches squeezed what had to be about three tablespoons of mayo onto each of the three sandwiches, making them completely inedible. To make it worse, the chicken breasts were overcooked. Chick-fil-A from now on for my chicken sandwiches and customer service.

Had a little difficulty with a Mobile Order placed through the Popeye’s app. However, this is likely not the fault of the location but rather, unreliable technology. The staff turned what could have been a one star review into a 5 star review. The manager was helpful and accommodating in correcting our issue. Alexis at the front was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. The food was excellent as well. Will return but will order in person.
