The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited in line for 10 minutes with nobody in front of me with one of the employees passing by the register about 5 or 6 times… even making eye contact the whole time with me. She was sweeping the floor with no gloves on and proceeded to pack an order for the drive-thru without putting gloves On. finally somebody asked me for my order and told me the chicken and the french fries would be at least 10 minutes. No apologies and before I could respond that employee just walked away from me and went into the office

I would not recommend this location. When I placed my order through the mobile app, the drive-through was completely empty and there were multiple employees sitting outside. There was absolutely no excuse for multiple items to be missing from my order when the store was not busy.
When I got home, I realized several items I paid for were missing. I immediately called the store and spoke with a manager about the issue. He told me it wouldn’t be a problem and said to come back another day since I couldn’t return that night. He specifically stated he would provide a free meal for the inconvenience.
When I returned today, I explained the situation to the cashier, who then got the general manager. The general manager refused to honor what had been promised by the supervisor. While I didn’t want to complain, someone in a general manager role should be well-versed in customer service and accountability.
Popeyes seriously needs to make changes at this location. I will not be returning.

Got lunch for the wife and myself from this location yesterday. While the cashier was very nice and the food was relatively quick the food was very poor.
Firstly, the soda machine was down to what seemed like two options. Both of which neither of us really wanted.
Secondly, I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with no mayonnaise ( who wants mayo on a chicken sandwich anyways) and extra pickles. I received one pickle and mayo on both sides of the chicken.
Also I received a medium sized cup with a large meal but I wasn’t worried about that.
Finally, my wife got the shrimp and chicken box with a side of macaroni and cheese. 97% cheese 3% macaroni. Never seen anything like it before. Didn’t believe her at first until I started digging in it.
All of which wasn’t discovered until I arrived at her office 20 minutes away and then we were stuck with it.
Why are food costs so high and more times than not the food is subpar? Not only at Popeyes but fast food in general. When do we as humans say enough is enough and we stop lining these corporations executives pockets with too much of our money for crap food. Sorry didn’t mean to get all serious but you know how it is.
Moral of the story, uhhhh, don’t eat here. Eat at home.

I went in to get a 2 piece with red beans and rice! The biscuit was hard, the red beans and rice had 90% rice and it was hard ( I didn’t eat it) and the chicken was just ok but old. I was so hungry that I had no choice but to eat it. Can you please check what you all are serving people?

Quite literally the WORST experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant in my entire life. The cashier was rude, crude and constantly complaining. The staff members were slow, lackluster and soley focused only on drive through customers instead of in-store customers. It took 40 minutes to get a couple of chicken sandwiches and some tenders. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we had paid for the food in the app and apparently there are no refunds on in-app orders. I would not return to this Popeyes if it was the only restaurant left standing in the “Zombie Apocalypse”.

Since no contact info was given to update you with more info. I will leave the info here.

First interaction at the Atlee Va location was no one up fron to take my order. The drive thru guy had to yell back a few times ro get a manager to come swipe their card to unlock the register
Took a long time to get my 1 sandwich, mashed potatoes and I fixed my own drink
Watched one of the manager go outside and smoke a cigarette as they were short staffed and customers waiting.
I decided to take some food home and drove through the drive through so I didnt have to go through the internal experience again.
I ordered a 3pc and had to wait atleast 10 minutes for it.
One of the main managers came outside and pointed out to the manager smoking that he needed to get inside and help his staff.
Mean while.he saw me sitting parked in front of their door waiting for something that should have been ready.at lunch time
The drive through guy finally came out. Apologized and said he gave me a free mashed potatoes for my time and frustration. Appreciated but a joke. Should have credited the meal after my Inside experience then the drive through experience
You use to have a good group in here. I dont know if this was just a bad day but didnt recognize any of the workers and there is usually 1 I recognize so that tells me the staff maybe new and so is the management

This is one of my favorite Popeyes in the area. The service always goes above and beyond anytime I’m in here, no matter the employee. Weekday lunch shift always comes through

Marquan got me right, I am a regular customer at Popeyes like all the time I go to Popeyes every like every place every state but this is the first time I ever got treated this nicely as a customer and I got respected too. This is the best place I have ever been and also will only be coming. My man Marquan really helped me a lot. He actually know what Customer Service actually means and treat others as both customer and a friend. Really suggest to go here and if he is there he got you right.

I don’t have a Popeye’s near me so the experience is a treat… Usually. The problem is mostly the same every Popeyes you go to. The food is awesome, the atmosphere sometimes has dirty tables but mostly clean and the service lacks. Our cashier seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was mostly unhelpful when it came to ordering as we were trying to order things off the digital sign board that apparently they no longer served. Other than that, again the food was delicious and I’m sad we don’t have a Popeyes where I live. I think if they worked on the employee engagement this would of been a perfect trip.
Edit: found out they were up charging everyone to large because they ran out of medium cups and were not telling anyone. Don’t be dishonest.

First let me say I don’t leave bad reviews, but this evenings experience needs to be known. I Ordered a 5 peice blackened tender meal for my wife for dinner, there was 1 other car in drive thru. I paid the obsurd price for a 5 peice meal and was told to “pull around to the door” like there was some huge line of cars waiting behind me (there wasn’t). Pulled around and was all but forgotten. After about 15 mins I went inside and they said they had to remake it due to some mistake. OK that’s fine. Went back to my truck and continued waiting. After another 20 mins I went back inside and they acted as if I was a new customer, (they totally forgot about me a 2nd time) I literally stood at the counter waiting so I wouldn’t be forgotten a 3rd time. They finally gave me my order with a “free pie” for my trouble. Drove home and my wife asked me to look at her order. Looked like they forgot about the chicken in the fryer too, the blackened tenders were practically cooked to ash. One of the small ones literally crumbled like dry leaves in the fall. After waiting over 30 mins! This was the meal I received. A refund wouldn’t even begin to make up for the time I wasted waiting on the inedible lumps of coal I received. McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A could have served 50+ cars in the time I waited for 5 chicken tenders.
