I gave this place a bad review because of my personal experience. However, the manager at this location the GM actually took care of me and when I say took care of me, it’s not even about free food. It’s about acknowledging that his team made a error and that he’s willing to fix it. That’s what I appreciate it because to be honest with you, he didn’t have to offer me anything and I would have been fine with it. The fact that he acknowledged that his team made a mistake in dealing with me. That was good enough for me. So I get his place five stars because of the management team that’s there. At least they acknowledge when they’re in the wrong and they’re willing to make it right…. PS. The manager name, his name is Chris He’s a good guy

This location is the worst! The service and especially the manager have no customer service skills. I ordered here recently via the Popeyes app. I waited in the drive thru line and when I got to the window they asked me to wait in the Handicapped spot and someone would bring my food out to me. At 20+ minutes of waiting I went in to see about my order. They had forgotten about me and no one was preparing my food. I asked to speak to the Manager who refused to speak to me after coming out of the bathroom. She just had them prepare my order as quick as possible and get me out the door. I submitted feedback about my experience and as expected no one from Corporate or ownership reached out to me. I will not be spending my money here anymore!

It’s been at least 10 years since we’ve been here, we ordered 2 meals. The cashier never said they were out of chicken at 6:03pm on Saturday. He had 0 personality. We waited 17 minutes then the manager that was sweeping the lobby, asked us what we were waiting on. She went back into kitchen area. And within 5-10 minutes we got our food. How does a restaurant that sells chicken run out at 6 pm on a Saturday and even then he could of told us they were out. We probably would of asked for our money back because we were on the way somewhere that. We needed to get to.

Always great…but tonight Covid 19 was in play…so headed through the drive through for a snack. Update…20 May, got my Chicken ready to go, hot and tasty , yummy! The associate that managed the window was attentive to my request for a cup of ice. That was good . When you get an opportunity, go by. The chicken was over cooked upon getting home with my order. The lobby was closed! We got to this store at 9:15 pm and they close at 10:00. They were out of nuggets, tenders and all sandwiches. The red beans and rice was delish!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We had to wait for 45 minutes—Mind you—We were the only ones in the entire building. There were multiple workers, but they all seemed just to be walking around/getting themselves food. After the manager forgot about part of our food and declined to give us other parts of it, she then grumbled for the rest of the time it took to do her job. Unacceptable. She even said it wasn’t her fault. Didn’t even offer compensation. I’m beyond disappointed.
