Took a long time for the non-attentive employees to notice I was standing at the counter. Let me take that back, he noticed but wasn’t ready to engage with his customer yet. Got my order and unfortunately took it home to eat If I stayed in the restaurant, I would have placed my food back on the counter and asked for a refund. My biscuits were like bricks and only fit for the trash can. The chicken was alright but not enough to bring me back again. It was a convenient stop which is what brought me in, but there are much better chicken venues that are worth the extra miles. Skip this place and save your money for better

I was starving but that did not blind me to the truth, friends. Dude who took my order had a bit of a ‘tude. The chicken had no flavor. None. Absolutely no thing except salt in the batter. Worst fried chicken I ever had. Bland chicken and the coleslaw wasn’t much better I gotta say. The biscuit was pretty good but Bojangles was closed so I drove 15 minutes because I was craving fried chicken. This place did not deliver. Not to mention their 2pc meal is more expensive than Bojangles 3pc meal. Ridiculous.

Starting off with the sprite, they didn’t change the syrup so it was just carbonated water, the red beans and rice had no flavor to them, same with the chicken tenders. I ordered spicy and they had no spice whatsoever. Atleast the biscuit was some what fresh.

Every time I go to this Popeyes, I’m waiting an hour for my food. Not one time have I met a respectful employee. I have been hesitant to go back and give it another try, but for some reason I do and it’s always the same song and dance. This time will be my last unless they change management or do some drastic changes.

This place has decent food for its reasonable price especially if you have a deal coupon. You can seriously feed a family of 4 with very little money. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and would always give sauces if you ask for them. Sometimes their food is little stale and not as crispy as usual but still decent for the money.

I went to the one in Waynesboro. As always no one there that speaks English it was so hard to order food, but I finally got the cashier to understand. I got my food it was ice cold I took it back in so I can get my money back. The manager tried to argue with me that the food was not cold. I can assure you that it was it felt like it just came out of the freezer. Anyway stop arguing with a customer and giving me my money back. Also I’m pretty sure there’s a kid there that belongs to worker sitting at the table with a tablet making all kinds of noise and has people leaving. I say I’m 100 percent it was a workers child there, because there was no one with that child.if a worker is bringing their children there please make them stop that is what babysitter are for. Please do better!
