Was the only customer in drive through and inside the store, placed my order for my ghost reaper wings, serviceman took my order , told me I had to wait for fresh wings which after already paying didn’t seem to have a choice. Watched him get in his car and leave, walked inside 20 minutes later to find out that no one was completing my order. Was greeted with skeptism that I had even completed an order from management. WHEN THE 6 PIECES CAME OUT 35 MINUTES LATER I GOT HOME THEY DIDN’T EVEN PUT THE GHOST REAPER SAUCE. Absolutely blown away with how bad this experience was.

Ordered food through the drive thru and they gave the wrong items. Didn’t realize until arriving at home. Not worth the trip back. I was the only one in the entire drive thru so it’s not like they were busy, just completely negligent.

After ordering food at the drive thru. Asked to pull forward. I complied. Then I was asked after several minutes if I ordered food., By the crew member who was on their cell phone. Yes , was the reply. Several minutes later I was asked if I ordered the shrimp. No , I replied. Several minutes later I was asked if I received my drink. Yes, I replied. Several minutes later I was asked what I ordered. With several cars behind mine waiting and 14 minutes later I received my order.

Placed an order for two 2 piece meals. Took us about 15 minutes to drive to the store just to be informed that it would be another 10 minutes because they ran out of dark meat original. We pulled up so that we were not blocking the drive thru and waited. 15 minutes later I went into the building to see what the delay was. At that time they cook was bringing a tray of dark meat original chicken to the front. The food was delicious but the manager needs to keep better track of what is going on.

I would like to know why I pulled up to the Waynesboro, VA Popeye’s at 9:15 and they say they are out of chicken for the night… Their website says they close at 11 p.m. No wonder they have less than four stars! I am beyond frustrated at this point.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich got home, it was regular. Called and told me to come back and they’ll replace it and give me “extra food” ok whatever. I come back get the sandwich and there is a hair on it. Didn’t even call again just threw it away. Love Popeyes but this on has serious issues. Oh yea. No free food lol just hair on my sandwich.

Waited at the drive up menu almost 10 minutes before an over worked employee took my order of 2 flounder fish sandwiches. Waited another 10 before my sandwiches were brought out to my car. The employee said there were just 2 people working and apologized for the wait.
