I’ve ordered here twice now. First time I just went in for some ranch. The guy at the counter was really nice. The second time was when I placed a delivery order today. I left instructions for contactless delivery because my dogs spaz out easily. Not only did they follow my instructions to a T , but I also got my food delivered within 25 mins! I was very impressed. You guys are awesome, thank you!

I called and asked if you accept gift cards over the phone when placing an order. I was told to place the order and come to the store, and they would accept the gift card.
When I went to pick up the pizza, they told me they only accept physical gift cards. Then why is Jet’s Pizza selling e-gift cards on their website? If you do not accept them in store, you should stop selling them.
I was also told that many people commit fraud, so they cannot accept non-physical gift cards. Seriously, who commits fraud over pizza? I ended up leaving the store.
I then called to cancel the order, and suddenly the manager said, “Please give me your e-gift card and don’t cancel the order.” So now I am considered trustworthy and not committing fraud?
Please be consistent and stick to what you tell customers.

Whoever hogan,Logan or whatever his name should not be dealing with public. Make do dishes or trash but definitely not dealing with customers. Back to hungry howies. I don’t need the hassle when spending my money. Pizza hasn’t been greatest anyhow

The customer service is horrible at this location. I called this evening to place an order and not once, not twice but three times someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. Then the forth time I called someone finally answered and was taking my order with a very foreboding tone. He was about to hang up the phone and I stated to the young man that he never took my name down for the order. He pursued to say oh yeah your name is marquest right. I corrected him and told him no my name is Monique. He then states oh I misread it and hung up in my ear again. After being treated like that I’m not even sure if it would be safe for me to even eat the pizza so I went and got a pizza from green lantern instead. I’ve been a patron of this store for 6 years and the service has truly gone down drastically. A couple of weeks I went there and a lady was complaining about her salad and a supposed manager started to call the lady that was complaining about her salad a “Karen” in front of myself and other customers. Just sad.

So far I’ve ordered delivery from this specific jets pizza 3 times and each occasion was ok” the pizza i ordered which was a classic cheese and pepperoni was very good! Soft cheese and crispy pepperoni with the bread itself being just the right temperature! There’s also good customization options for your pizza if you are looking for something specific! Plenty of options for toppings and size and the menu does indeed have more than just the typical pizza’s although I haven’t had a chance to try it yet since I was only interested in the pizza but they offer both chicken wings with and without bones! Lot’s of dipping sauce options as well as the classic salad and even a Greek salad which looks delicious and even calzones with customizable ingredients! So if you’re looking for a bit of variety you’ll find at least some of it here! Now for some nitpicks the pricing here is a bit high! If you plan on ordering delivery your gonna be paying at least $21 depending on what exactly your ordering so yes it is expensive so keep that in mind if you are on a budget as this is definitely not budget friendly! Now in terms of service thankfully I never had any issues other than but ONE just ONE occasion where my delivery driver was late due to traffic which is understandable I mean it’s sterling Heights so obviously that was no surprise and no fault of the driver! And I did have one other problem where the soda i ordered was wrong. I ordered diet coke and I received regular! But a small mistake like that is nothing too devastating that I would be like my dinner is ruined now! No just mildly annoying since I wanted diet but it’s cool. Anyways This jets specifically seems ok I never had a bad experience so far as I enjoyed the food and didn’t have any issues getting it! Also Ps these guys close at around 12AM so they stay open just late enough for you to get a late night meal if you need it so there’s another plus! So.yea jets pizza is definitely one of the good places around sterling Heights for my fellow pizza lovers and hopefully you had a good experience as well and if you haven’t already i recommended it

Ordered two buffalo ranch chicken pizzas. BOTH had NO buffalo OR ranch base. They were basically just bread, cheese, and chicken with the slightest hint of buffalo flavoring. Nothing like the pizza usually tastes. When I went to pick it up the person had mentioned in conversation that they were out of a few things. I guess that included the pizza ingredients. Picked it up 2hrs before closing, so if for some reason they didn’t have the ingredients necessary why not just call and tell me instead of letting waste my money and gas to come pick it up? Very disappointed and will likely not be back to this location.

I don’t know what happened to that place. I’ve been a customer for many years. People used to be friendly, nice and polite. Now when you call and place an order you face rude staff. It’s like you bother them when you call. You feel like they doing you a favor taking your order. When you arrive to pick up your order, they make you feel like you have to apologize. New staff changed everything.
There is one person left that in my opinion is a reason why people go back.

Good taste but was cold! They are less than a half mile away and took over an hour. I called and was told “they just left with your order”. Showed up 2 minutes later but was cold. Tells me they left it out on the counter for 30 minutes before they headed my way. Spent over $50 on a xtr large pizza and a bread. Probably one of my last times getting from jets, especially delivery!

Shout out to Levi and the crew working late on Sunday night (12/21). They stayed a bit late and finished our food. We had just come back from a wedding with subpar food and were starving. They stayed back and made my 9yo some cheesy bread. They made me look like a great dad. Thanks guys.
