This is the second time I come to this Popeyes because it’s usually better than the other ones close by me! I live a good ways away and I order the 8 piece with legs and thighs only and everytime I get home there are at least 3 or 4 breast! It is rung up correctly but if your workers don’t the difference between a leg , a thigh and a breast they probably shouldn’t be working there! I drive 45 minutes to get home

Order a 5 fave chicken and red beans. I asked for a sauce and was told it’s an extra charge. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and you have to pay extra for 1 sauce. No other condiments are available such as ketchup,honey.

I’ve been using the Popeyes in Zion Crossroads for a while now. It’s almost a 20 minute drive to get there, but I will go out of my way before patronizing the “other chicken place” in Ruckersville. The chicken is always hot, crispy and more importantly, consistent. Every now and again I may have to wait 5 or so minutes for my order to be ready, but I am usually ordering the 16 piece family meal and for me, that’s ok. Normally the service is quite fast. I think in the time I’ve been coming here I’ve had maybe 1 or 2 pieces that haven’t been up to par and that says a lot.

This twice now the sauced “wings” look like this. They took away the nuggets, added wings for the same price but…if I’m dealing with this I’d rather dip them in sauce. At least that way I’ve ordered enough sauce. If these are supposed to be completely covered and they clearly are not I also don’t have any additional sauce to cover them with. Definitely a first world problem.

Store says it opens at 10am I placed an online order for the “welcome deal” when I went to pick my food up all doors where locked. A few people walked up asking when they open as it was around 10:15am. Since I was on my lunch break I could not wait for the possibility to receive my food, so I walked to the Taco Bell and got lunch within 10 mins of ordering. I notified their customer support of the issue and asked for a refund the denied my request to refund my card and I had to take a $15 coupon. Very disappointed with this experience I don’t see me placing any future orders with the franchise, so the coupon is worthless I was order #22 11/14

The last two or three times I’ve come I have specifically said I want a large fry the biggest that you have and I pay almost 8 dollars for a box for fries… this is what I get every single time. My boyfriend can go in and get a regular fry at four dollars and he is given the same amount

One of my sons said I should try the nuggets at Popeye’s, so I decided to do so. I also got the Megan Thee Stallion sauce and the sweet heat sauce. I’m not really much of a sauce person but I figured why not try them. Unfortunately I was disappointed in both the nuggets and the sauce. The nuggets by themselves are bland; didn’t taste any seasoning. Eating them with the sauce was indeed better; however, I don’t like spicy sauces so I’m not surprised that I didn’t like them. If you like spicy sauces, then you’ll probably like both of the sauces I mentioned earlier. Unfortunately I don’t share my son’s love of these nuggets and sauce. He did later admit that it’s really the sauce that made them taste good to him. As for me, I’ll stick to Chick-fil-A nuggets, lol.

Stopped here while on a road trip. It was my first time trying Popeyes. The food was not good. Made my son sick to his stomach. The staff was rude and in a hurry. Staff did not even get my order right. He did not seem to speak english well. They were not busy. I also heard him taking the order of someone inside building on the loud spreaker I was parked at outside. The drink was metallic tasting and tasted like the crappy cup it was in. Fries were cold and nasty. We will not ever eat here again because of this experience.
