Just stopped at the drive-thru for a cup of coffee as I headed to my mountain cabin for a vacation. They didn’t have any fresh coffee but the woman at the window was perfectly happy to make me a new pot. You don’t see much willingness to do that these days. She was very sweet and had lots of southern charm. I would stop there again on my way home if I could find it.

Place looks great after a remodel. We came in at 5am and only 3 members were working so service was slow. The employees were very friendly and nice though and they breakfast platter was good. I’m always a fan of hardees biscuit and gravy

The fries were some of the best that I’ve had at any fast food restaurant. The burger had a nice smoky flavor. The bun was fresh, and very flavorful. The menu has a good selection of burgers. And sandwiches. The service was very good. My only complaint was the drink dispensing area needed cleaning. I will return

I ordered burger no pickles and it had pickles when I brought it back and they took them off and handed it back to me i could have done same thing but im allergic to pickles it will kill me or put me in the hospital are the people here that lazy to make a new burger they messed up on

Ordered a kids meal because I just needed a small meal. The bun was dried out and falling apart. Burger patty was cold and the cheese was also cold. Diet Dr Pepper and fries were good. This is sad, the lines at Taco Bell and Cook Out has super long lines, Hardee’s had no line, should have been a red flag.

Great food, amazing service, and I found out something most of us didn’t know…… Hardee’s cooks every burger to order, no old patties sitting in the back under a heater, if I order the new Hawaiian Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich (which if you have not tried I suggest you do asap), then my chicken get put on the grill right then…. Not 30+ minutes ago. Great job Hardee’s for giving customers truly fresh food.

Very disappointed in our biscuits. We ordered a sausage biscuit combo and a steak biscuit combo. BOTH biscuits were cold and dry. Possibly left over from the day before. Also, the steak and sausage were cold as well. We went thru the drive thru and opened these packages within 3 minutes of getting them. We would have turned around and complained, but were in a rush.

I guess it’s replacing the Famous Star because that wasn’t in the overhead menu.
Anyway, it was very very good.
The fries were above average. (But a little bit stale)
And the small drink was a decent size.

As I walked up the counter server was just walking away with another lady. So I stood there. Next, an employee who obviously was just checking in, he walked right up to me, typed a few things onto the register, and walked away. So I stood there.
Next, a guy working on the fry machine looked up, took off his gloves, and took my order, but he wasn’t looking at me, something else was obviously on his mind.
This is nothing new at this location. This place is ALWAYS so unorganized.
But again, the food was good, and the place was clean.
