This experience was completely unacceptable. Carlos saw my order name on his phone, ignored me entirely, and walked away without saying a word. When I later confronted him about my order, instead of helping, he told me to cancel it. That is not customer service—it’s blatant disrespect.
What made it even worse was watching staff stand around laughing and talking about taking breaks right in front of customers while refusing to help anyone. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected at a business.
The manager, Miguel, offered no help and showed zero accountability. Heddy spoke a lot but took no action to resolve the issue.
This location clearly does not value its customers. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Always missing something through the drive thru. After getting home who wants to go all the back to get it. This has happened multiple times. Had to go around to window again because this time I checked bags and again something missing!!!!!! I do like Popeyes food, but last few times wasn’t good at all. Chicken cold and chicken sandwich was cold. Waste of money then got drinks. The sweet tea after it was drank noticed the cup was dirty. Had black stuff in side the cup down sizes and in ice!!! Look like the container hadn’t been cleaned!!! And seeing that cup after drinking it was disgusting please clean containers for tea!!!!! Not good!!! Get it together or I’m going back to KFC!!!!

I placed a mobile order (Shrimp Tackle Box) to be ready at 6:30PM.
When I walked in the cashier was helping another customer. After done with that customer the cashier walked away. After about 10 minutes (now 6:40) there were no more customers waiting so I got someones attention. I mentioned that my order was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and he snapped at me that they were short staffed.
He kept tapping away at the register so I asked for my money back since it seems that they can’t make my food. Finally someone else looked and they told me that they could not print my ticket.
Overall it wasn’t until about 6:50 before I got my meal. That is not acceptable! I order online so I don’t have to wait.
The food was good once I got it. But because of the customer experience I will never eat that the Culpeper Popeyes again.

Do NOT go to Popeyes in Culpeper Virginia. The worst customer service in the food industry. Wait time of 45 plus minutes while others were served. Then forgot part of the order, 10 biscuits (forget 1 biscuit okay i get it maybe, but 10 come on now). Went back to get it, manager acted like she didn’t care. Again Do NOT go to Popeyes in Culpeper VA. And for me to complain about Food Service, you know that’s bad. When asked for Store Managers number or Corp Number both were declined.

Me and my girlfriend came through the drive thru to order, the person was rude and rushing us through our order while we was trying to order it. My lady ordered the chicken sandwich meal, the chicken was way over cooked and the fries were cold and soggy. I ordered the classic bacon and cheese sandwich which the bacon was very hard on it, chicken was over cooked and fries were soggy as can be and our drinks tasted flat and we got the order of the 3 piece chicken tenders to try which were over cooked and very small portion’s. We are not the ones to complain but had to bring this to your attention and also never got our sauce which they said it was in there and got home it wasn’t.

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal at the drive through. My sandwich was frozen and maybe thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was hard and the mayo was still frozen! Not to add the place smelled like weed and the staff was rude. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money!

The person taking orders always has an attitude like you’re bothering her. There’s an older lady that’s never happy. They give you no reason to be glad you came there. Recently the chicken has been over cook by alot. Biscuits are always hard as hockey pucks. I’m not sure if we changed management but this store has fallen off. Find happier employees and don’t cook the food until everything is hard. I work less than a mile, go often, but my coworker and I won’t go back after the last experience. And tell the grumpy grandma it’s ok to retire or learn to smile.

And when I took my order, the employee was completely unfriendly, as if someone were asking for free food. And the food was cold. I will not return to this place.
