I always love going to this Popeyes in particular. The staff is extremely friendly and patient when I’m making an order which is almost always in drive-thru. The quality of the food that they give me is always fantastic even when it’s late at night, which is almost always when I go there to get my food, like between 9:00 and 11:00 at night.

I’ve driven by this particular Popeye’s many times over the years and never stopped in until today for lunch. They weren’t busy when I went and the staff immediately took care of me, made my food, and served me. The food tasted great! Their sandwich was made perfectly, it was fresh, and it had lots of great flavor and tenderness to the chicken breast too! The fries were piping hot, fresh, and tasted really good!
The service was pretty poor – The staff was curt and definitely not very helpful with customers placing orders. I got my order and then asked for a sauce and was told I needed to pay 50¢ for it. Geez… I already paid, you didn’t ask if I needed/wanted sauce and now you want to charge something miniscule like 50¢ for a single sauce? That’s simply being punitive, there’s absolutely NO NEED to charge anyone for a sauce in a place that already charges so much for their food. I go to the location on Rt17 and have never paid for sauce there.
I’ll never return to this location and despite the food tasting great, I’m giving them 2 stars for being so very poorly managed!

They basically stole our money. We got home and the chicken was hard, lukewarm, dry@ and old. Sides were hot but the chicken was almost inedible. Would take too much time to return so we fed it to the dogs. Make sure you check your food before leaving the line.

Check your order before you leave, sometimes they forget to add all items to the bag. No issues getting it corrected. Traffic flow and parking the worst and probably going to get worse when the new food place is completed. Food is always good

Visited 5/12/23 ordered 3 piece spicey combo w/ red beans & rice with Strawberry and Mango Lemonade. They ran out of wings & gave me a small old breast. None of the chicken was spicey. The drink was too sweet for me. The rice was good.

After waiting more than a half hour for my food I was handed my bag. It was missing several items from my order. They told me it was all there and I had to show them the missing combo and missing sides from another order. They began making the rest of the order. This carried on for another 5-10 minutes, at which point I asked for a refund as I was going to go somewhere else.
The manager looked angry and went to the back. She came back with $14. I told her the order was for $38. She looks angry again and went to the back to get the correct amount. This was particularly odd as I was given cash when I had paid by card.
Numerous times the staff had to ask for my receipt to see what I had ordered while putting everything together. They had a second copy but I had no idea what they did with it. I will never visit this location again and would recommend others to go somewhere else.

I was hungry and after my 2pc leg and thigh meal, that included a biscuit and mashed potatoes, I was happy. First time visit to this location, saw a long line of cars at lunchtime. I bypassed the long line by safely walking inside with my mask. My order taken without delay and served take out style, just as fast. Dining area was open, with mask and social distance signs displayed. But I retreated to my car for my next destination.

Lived over here going on 2 years and this Popeyes is the closest to my house. Every time I go here I have to wait for my food 10 15 20 mins. I get my food and either something is missing or my food is cold. It’s ridiculous. This time we waited for almost 25 minutes and my food was terribly cold.
