I got a 8 piece and I would have been embarrassed to serve the chicken. There was a leg in there so small the wing was bigger. Got 4 thighs and 1 wing 1 breast and 2 tiny legs. When you spend over 20 bucks for chicken you expect a little more. I will never go back to the Popeyes in Elkton..

This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I go here only because of vicinity. Constantly getting orders wrong. Will give you mild instead of spicy like 50% if the time. Tenders pieces are basically nuggets half the time. Order online and it’s never ready by the time I come to pick it up

Nope, nope, nope. I really truly do love Popeyes but this location is a disgrace. The quality of my food is usually pretty horrible, it’s ALWAYS old, hard, the wrong temperature, and many times have I found that my food was practically inedible. (Once grease was poured into my mashed potatoes!) The employees all act like it’s their first day on the job… Or like it’s their personal space and customers are invasive of that. And the cleanliness of this place? I’ll just leave it at the fact that I’m surprised this building hasn’t been shut down for the CLEAR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS.

You wouldn’t expect Popeyes to be busy on a Tuesday night, but they were. So busy that it honestly took about 10 minutes or so for someone to even start to take our order. There wasn’t even any acknowledgement that we were even in the restaurant. The employees were so focused on the drive thru. So it wasn’t until the drive thru was “caught up” did they finally focus on the people in the restaurant. Not only that, as someone who used to work in food, I noticed a few minor health violations when handling food.

The employees were very rude. I waited 5 minutes before someone asked me if they could help me while there was at least 5 standing there behind the counter. Order a 4 piece meal. It was a take out order when I got home the thigh had feathers still on it . Place was dirty & food was awful.
