this location has a bad habit of pulling their only customer in the drive through line forward and then forgetting about them. 20 minutes on a 3 minutes tenders. Then the jerks working there have the nerve to give me a three piece when I paid for five. this will be the last time i am disappointed by this dreadful excuse for service. the manager sitting outside in her car had nothing to say when I told her to have the employees check the order at least when having someone wait for 20 minutes for no reason. Pathetic dreadful dirty lazy smelly horrible service and horrible dirty folk working there. I demanded my five piece and all they could say is I am sorry. what about cooking some fresh food after you forgot aboutme so long the order you messed up was cold. PATHETIC if you are still reading RUN away to anywhere less waste of space then this run down place I promise will be the last time I review. they will never get my business no matter how good other popeyes locations are.

When I do get what I ordered it is great, but every time I go to this location all the food I order is NEVER served. I ALWAYS have to come back to get the rest of my order. BUT ON October 17, 2025 at 5:30pm I once again received an incomplete order, went all the way home and came back (my fault considering their history). When I got to the store I was annoyed because my food would be cold by the time I returned home. But I was polite explaining to the manager on duty my situation. She was very rude! Spoke about the situation in front of me in Spanish while her employees and or colleagues smiled and giggled. She did not address my grievances about cold food or why they NEVER get my order correct. She was condescending and very unprofessional.

Done with this location. Last several times we went there, we waited at least 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We usually do mobile order and pick up inside. This time after waiting 25 minutes to be acknowledged, we were told we had to wait for our tenders. That’s fine. Well they had very little bit of old fries left in the warmer and gave us what was left for our 2 large orders. They were ice cold and hard and barely filled the box. The chicken we ordered was also old and cold and completely dried out and chewy. We spent almost $60 and only the biscuits and tenders were good. Also we asked for butter and jelly and the guy did not understand us so he handed us a few honey. No one would help him. This location has really gone downhill and 75% of the time the food isn’t even edible.
Also to add. Last time the food was not good we returned it. This was after picking it up, driving it home and touching with our hands. When we did return it, the employee literally took our sides of fries that we had a handed them to a person in the drive thru if only I could’ve let that person know

This place has gone waaay down hill went here for butterfly shrimp and was told they no longer have shrimp. They keep taking all the good stuff off the menus just go down the st to the one in bear!

I got a 8 piece and I would have been embarrassed to serve the chicken. There was a leg in there so small the wing was bigger. Got 4 thighs and 1 wing 1 breast and 2 tiny legs. When you spend over 20 bucks for chicken you expect a little more. I will never go back to the Popeyes in Elkton..

So I ordered a 3 piece tender combo and the lady helping me was rude off of the bat. She was certainly not pleased to serve me in any way shape or form. And to top it off, my chicken was undercooked. I want to have hope in this Popeyes location but this experience shaked me.

I ordered popcorn shrimp it came out drier than my last relationship and harder than a brick. I also ordered a 5 piece tender they instead switched it out with a three piece (two wings and a leg) without asking or telling me anything and on top of that the chicken 3 piece I did came out with JUST WINGS.
I PAID THIRTY DOLLARS FOR STUFF I COULDNT EVEN ENJOY IM NOT GOING BACK EVER. This is horrible and I hope they get closed down.
