I placed a delivery order and the drinks I received were wrong and tasted like watered down nothing, I was missing my fries and beans/rice all together. The 2 blackened chicken sandwiches I ordered were supposed to have bacon and cheese yet they didn’t. They sent the plain ones. Had to request a refund from Grubhub. Won’t use them again if they can’t accurately verify a delivery order is correct.

The food is always fresh and good but every time we go to this location there is always a shady looking person sitting in the dining area. We never stay to eat. Just doesn’t seem like a good idea.

It’s kinda mid, but I don’t set my expectations high with Popeyes. I’m a little annoyed that most of the time when I put my order in online with a scheduled pick up time, it’s not ready when I arrive. They are usually understaffed, but the staff does what they can. It’s about 50-50 if the food will be fresh when you get it. Usually the biscuits come dried out and hard. Be sure to ask for whatever sauces you want before you get your meal, they charge you for those.

Listen never ever order online from the Popeyes app and expect to get what you ordered delivered! I’ve ordered from them almost 4 times online and they give the four dasher the wrong food. One time I called and the manager was so rude and lied and said it wasn’t this location when I got there I went off on her and she blamed the other employees. This last time was the last straw. I ordered a red beans and rice and mashed potatoes and they gave me someone else’s order with Mac and cheese and spicy 4 piece. One I don’t eat Mac and cheese and definitely don’t eat spicy chicken. I knew if I went back there a fourth time I’d be banned because I have a short lunch which is why I get delivery and had I gone up there and missed my lunch I would have lost my mind on them and went to jail. They are careless, lazy, and unapologetic. I ended up giving my food to a homeless person. But I will never ever ever order from them again. I don’t suggest you do either based on these delivery ratings this is a common thing with them. I’m from New Orleans and this would never fly back home! The owner of this location or franchisee needs to come save his business. Undercover Boss or something good grief!
