I just placed an order for delivery directly through their app. I don’t eat dark meat so when I placed the order I specifically checked the box that says, WHITE ONLY! I made sure to take a screen shot of my screen because this isn’t the first time they missed up my order. Also under delivery instructions I asked to put packets of sauce in the bag. I even called the store to make sure they put sauces in the bag and calls will not complete.
Driver delivered my order and here’s what I received. I received DARK MEAT! and NOT A SINGLE PACK PF SAUCE! I took pictures of the chicken before anyone in my house even touch them. Called the restaurant multiple times and still calls will not go though.

I always have a great experience at this Popeyes. The staff is consistently professional, respectful, and welcoming, and they truly go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. They treat me extremely well every time I visit, and I’ve also noticed that they give the same level of attention and respect to other customers, which really says a lot about their customer service. It’s clear that teamwork and professionalism are a priority here. On top of that, the food is always fresh, well-prepared, and high quality. Tried the wings, chicken sandwich, and lemonade at Popeyes and had a pretty good experience overall. The wings were crispy and well-seasoned with that classic Popeyes Cajun flavor. They had a nice crunch on the outside while still being juicy inside.

Never had a problem with this location until my last visit. It was smokey when I walked in u could barley breathe im guessing from cooking the chicken. After ordering i was told it would be a10min wait for the mild chicken. Customer service was terrible. I had a coupon for 5pieces of Chicken and 2 sides (2 can dine) The chicken was dried out and disgusting, both side items mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice was literally one bite in each bowel which is never that small usually its an ice cream scooper amount. I had carry out so I didn’t see all this till I got home which was to far to drive back. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning to this location

Ordered food here for family that we had visiting and the service was so amazing! From getting my order taken to getting my food and the staff going above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed! They made sure my order was correct, I had all my drink and sauces! Will definitely be coming back here regularly!

Not the most friendly staff or the best atmosphere for Popeyes I’ve been to. But the chicken has been consistent! I guess that’s all that really matters. Love all their chicken menu items, especially the chicken sandwiches!

Absolutely no type a customer service! Placed a order on the app. Went to pick up my order. Doors were locked. Saw a worker wiping down tables. Knocked on window to ger her attention. Looked at me and ignored me. After more knocking she finally comes to the door and says no chicken. 20 more minutes. I told her I already placed a order and if my order wasn’t ready can I get my refund please. She rudely said that the store doesn’t refund or cancel orders and attempted to shut the door on my face. I politely asked to speak to the manager. She let me inside. I asked again to speak to the manager. The manager was clearly hiding in the office since I saw her as we walked in. I said if I can please get refunded. She looked at me and said we don’t do that! Go do it online! Is this how we treat another human being? I went online to tell them what happened and they apologized and said they would give me a $20.00 coupon i can use at anytime. I said I appreciate that for trying to make things right for the inconvenience. I asked what about my refund? Jessica replied we cannot do that at this time. That makes no sense! So you mean to say my order cost $27.55 and offer me a coupon for $20 that makes up for the mistake! Absolutely not. You need to do better. Customer service is joke! Do better popeyes! Never again.

None of their flavors taste like anything. This is my second time trying a hot one limited item. The rojo sandwich is the same as a regular chicken sandwich. Quality has gone down over the years. Yesterday they were spray painting the tables and didn’t even keep the door open to ventilate
