I come to this location at least 5 times a week, but the wait time is always an issue. The last 5 times, I had to wait about 10 minutes after arriving, even when ordering ahead. This last time, I placed my order 20 minutes before arriving and still had to wait almost 30 more minutes, Because of the long wait, I ended up having to eat my food cold.

Didn’t put half my drive through order in the bag, and never responded to Popeyes corporate about refund request. No one answers the phone here either. In other cases I’ve had small issues like missing biscuits, but a huge portion of an order going missing with zero response from management borders on intentional theft. If you eat here, always check your whole order before leaving because management has no interest in doing the right thing.

I have to admit that Popeye’s chicken is an indulgence. Ordered four piece spicy chicken. It is so tasty and juicy! The red beans and rice is legit. Cole slaw is excellent and the fries and biscuit are good too. Also decor is not the usual fast food decor … check out the spice jars! Staff here are also very nice.

This popeyes is wonderful, there’s a young girl who used to have darker hair but now has blue hair and her service is wonderful! She’s always very helpful and has a really nice smile. I always see her doing both drive through and the front I think it’s a bit much for someone to do but she’s honestly great.

I want to start by talking about how amazing this one young girl I met at the drive-thru today at 6:00 She has flower tattoos on her right arm and very dark black eyes and often looks very tired, as I see her there almost every day. Despite her tiredness, she always gives me the best smile, making me feel safe while enjoying my Popeyes at this location. I can’t help but feel a bit bad for her because she seems to be trying her best even when she’s worn out. Waiting for the food is very annoying because it’s like 30 minutes or more. Especially when I’m in a rush to go somewhere, but it still tastes good. That’s one thing I have a problem with this location, that the waiting takes forever.

I just bought chucking fries here the only thing good was the biscuit, Soda and fries the chicken is raw I’m upset.The outside was deceiving the batter was fried well then I realized I’m bitting into chicken that’s not fried properly.I called to report to the manager no one was answering so left a review I was so hungry as I’m typing I’m still hungry, but I refuse to eat your raw uncooked chicken.Go to Wheaton Mall or the Popeyes by Glenmont in Wheaton ask them how they cook their chicken this was awful and truly disgusting.

I accidentally had a pickup order to another location far away and was not receiving a refund. The workers kindly and attentively worked to help us and ended up giving us our food and assuring us that they will deal with the refund process to their franchise in their own time. They were very understanding. The atmosphere was nice and clean and the food was all good. Thank you.
