The food was finally back to the flavors the has my nostalgia perking it’s head up in an attempt to place the flavors with the feelings and memories of old. Most popeyes these days taste odd or like a whole different restaurant but not here. not anymore. They have mastered the ‘Popeyes’ flavor that so many DC locations struggle to perfect. I was also pleased with the polite young people they have working there. They were young black woman and man and they were soooo refreshing that i left them both a tip! They even suggested a deal because I didnt see anything budget friendly that fit the amount of chicken I wanted! I’m happy to see so many young people loving life and work as i did when i was their age! Great job to the staff for the service and food!

If I could give this location a negative zero I would. Slow drive thru, wait time ridiculous to order from monitor, then was forgotten after being advised to park in parking space to wait for someone to bring out order. Mind you, I only ordered the $20, 9 piece chicken tender meal deal. Went inside and was greeted with discuss by Manager and staff. No apology for waiting 25+ minutes in parking lot. Sad staff…wouldn’t even look my way. Get Lost‼️

I was so upset with the young people working there. The boy passed me my food with his back turned talking to someone else while I’m saying “thank you” they gave me cold chicken and when I called for a manager, some foreigner answered the phone and hung up on me. I just had to go get a refund. I haven’t been to this place in some years. The service used to be good. Times have changed! Oh well!!! I will get better service somewhere else. You never get all of your money back when getting a refund. It’s crazy!

This evening, this location stole my money. I put an order in online and when I arrived to the store they stated they didn’t have any chicken. I asked for refund, they directed me to the app, which did not have a refund option, only a bot chat. They refused to give me the name, number, and email address of the general manager. The even called the police after I demanded a refund. Needless to say the police sided with me but did not force them to give me my money back, stating that they don’t have a refund option in store for online. I plan to follow up with the franchise.

horrible experience here, worst popeyes I have been to. They took more than an hour waiting for the cashier to be back from who knows where and then took 30 minutes to complete one order. The other lady there was on her phone the whole time. After they finally got to take our order they had no food. There was nothing of what people were ordering. They didn’t even have sauce and no sides. The service was extremely slow and staff was doing absolutely nothing. It wasn’t even full.

We downloaded the app to place our order for pickup and when we arrived at Popeyes, we found out that the app didn’t process our order completely… Thanks to the manager for understanding our technical experience with the app and she completed our order in a timely manner..! It will be appreciated if Popeyes can fix any Bug issues and updates with the app.

I went to this Popeyes location after not being in years. I ordered 3 tender combo. Whatever they gave me was not chicken. It was rubbery and chewy and the texture was far from real chicken. They don’t even care if we notice because it is very obvious. This franchise is selling fake chicken. It was recent news that some Popeyes were being shut down for selling fake chicken, this one has been getting away with it. If your from this area DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION, the chicken is NOT REAL.

Drive thru ordered (2) 2 piece meals white mild with fries and (1) 2 piece meal spicy white with fries spent $27 dollars just to get home And order was all wrong. Y’all literally even sold me chicken with feathers very dissatisfied customer.
UPDATE went back to Popeyes today and spoked with the manager on duty was greeted with a shitty attitude I told her the reason why I was there her response what’s the problem what do you need I told her and she still messed the order up instead of 3 meals I got home to only have 2 and my wing still had feathers on it
