So this story has a happy ending, but I did have to ding the restaurant for the food quality. What happened was my wife and I both got chicken, bacon ranch tacos. When we started eating them, one of my tacos did not have any ranch dressing at all and the same with you for my wife. And overall, the food just not taste fresh. This was very unusual and we were disappointed. Later, we went into the restaurant and at the minimum I was going to ask for some ranch dressing because my wife did not eat that taco. Jeremy, a gentleman who was a manager and visiting from out of town for a few weeks, I came over when he saw me standing at the counter. He had a very welcoming demeanor and a big smile on his face. I told him about the situation and I showed him the receipt from the app. Not only did he refund our money, but he also gave me a gift card. He was just such a kind person. It really made a difference in wanting to go back there. I am also certain that he went back to the kitchen and took care of whatever the issue was that caused our food to not be the quality we had come to expect.

This is the most amazing place, the tacos are consistent and delicious. The cocktails are unique and well made. The staff is pretty great, but sometimes it takes awhile to see a staff member. Overall it is absolutely 5 stars! They have a great rewards program via their app. Try a blue dream taco and a gran clásico or Pineapple Express margarita. Amazing!

Some people love it. I think some things are very good others average at best. Some of the tacos are great but I don’t want to always get the same thing leading to other options that are not great. Their catering/large group options highly recommended. We do that about for team meals or gatherings.
Open late, teenagers & young adults love it, little expensive but worth at least trying it.

The queso was really good, it had kind of a corn flavor to it that our group really liked. The food we got was also really flavorful. It has a nice atmosphere – we wanted to sit & catch up and it was a good place to do that. There were TVs & might have been music but it was at a level that it didn’t interrupt us being able to talk & hear each other. There wasn’t anything specifically to be improved, I just reserve 5 stars for the out-of-the-ordinary experiences; this was a great place for the experience we were looking for 🙂

I recently visited Condado Tacos and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and checking in often without being intrusive.
The food came out quickly, and every detail was spot on — from customizing our tacos to making sure drinks were always full. You could tell the team worked well together and genuinely cared about the customer experience.
The atmosphere was fun and upbeat, and the service really tied everything together. It’s not every day you find a place where both the food and the staff leave a lasting impression. Definitely coming back!

I ordered 2 days in a row and both days my order was wrong when I placed it online. The first day I let it slide but day 2 to be left with a swole bowl that’s extremely dry (they forgot the ranch and it had to much cheese) made me feel the need to leave a review. Both times the manager was very willing to help, but unfortunately when you are on your lunch break at work a bad order means either I have to eat the bad food or I go hungry until it’s time to leave. Please double check your orders!! We pay what you ask for to get what we ask for.

Only good part about my experience was my family I got to eat with, the server was very sweet and accommodating and the chips were aighhhtt.
Did not care for the tacos at all. I am vegan and gf and had them take those off and the side of rice. Not edible to me, and I was starving. Better off just sticking with home cooking thanks for helping me come to that permanent conclusion. Just wanted to be out with my family. They need to up their food game tremendously and be way more authentic not good enough sorry but thank you for at least taking it off bc I did not enjoy it and it did have a piece of fuzz in it too.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT PEOPLE!!!!! This location, from the food and atmosphere, to the servers and management never disappoints! However, this time they went above and beyond for a simple ordering error when we ordered dinner through Uber Eats. We put the order in thinking it was for this location and somehow it ended up being submitted for the downtown location. Simple error, unfortunate but it happens. I was totally expecting to just have to suck it up and go downtown to pick up the food, but the general manager decided to remake our order and save me the trip. Not even a question, she just woke up and chose top tier customer service and this is why we will always be back!
