Went on a Thursday night. Took about 20 minutes to finally leave. Didn’t get the extra biscuit I paid for, didn’t get the honey mustard I asked for with my 5-piece chicken tender meal. Beans and rice was way light on the rice, mostly sauce. Tenders were just okay, probably would have been good like 30 mins ago. Mac and cheese was good, fresh batch. 2 stars because at least the man at the window was polite.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. If you order food through their drive thru expect to wait an hour for your food. We have been here multiple time and different times of the day. It is literally ALWAYS like this. Understaffed, terrible management and terrible customer service. Food isn’t great either. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS BRAND NEW LOCATION!! They need serious help and everyone in this town feels it. I just feel bad for the employees bc I am sure they are stressed to no end and probably never hear the end of it from their customers. #PopeyesCorperatePleaseHelp!

I waited twenty five minutes just to put in my order. After I put in my order we waited for an additional twenty minutes to get the food. The red beans and rice was just red beans. No complaints on any of the other parts of the meal but who waits forty five minutes at a drive thru. And this is not the first time more like the fifth time. We watched six vehicles drive out of the drive through because they were sick of waiting. This location is not going to make it.

Every time we go to the drive thru, half the time I’m the only customer there and it takes them 5 minutes just to take my order. Then, when i get my food there is ONLY chicken in there (no fries, biscuit, or mashed potatoes) and sometimes I even have to remind them about my drink. I’d understand if it was busy, but normally I am the ONLY person in line so there should be no excuse why you can’t get my simple order right.

Management team that was on duty did not care about customer service. The price that I was charged was almost twice that I previously paid on the last few Friday’s for the shrimp. Also root beer was out. I reported it to a manager, but nothing was done to fix it. After after 10 minute I went up to the counter to get my wife the root beer.

This place needs a lot of work. They seem to not know how to complete orders accurately and let’s not talk about how slooowwwww the service is. Don’t use the drive thru unless you have half your day to waste! Would not recommend going here.

This place is super slow. The food was hot and fresh. The couple of employees that where there, where friendly, and efficient. It is sad to see all the negative remarks about it being so slow. There just isn’t enough employees to keep this place running. Not enough employees to manage the store.
