Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Herndon, VA is your typical chicken fast-food place that serves to order. On this occasion, I felt like eating Popeyes for a change. I wanted fried spicy chicken and this location delivered on my request. I was kind of surprised this location did not offer dine in, it’s not a big location, but there is plenty of space for dining inside. Unfortunately, it wasn’t open for that only take out. However, be that as it may, this facility was immaculate, so clean you could eat if the floor, literally. It was quiet because I was the only one, but the staff in the backwas working diligently, which exclaims why my food was delivered within minutes, piping got and ready for me to go. Given that we’re in a state of pandemic, this location still warrants a visit from us community as they are maintaining the social distancing standards and delivering a great meal, although on the exorcism side these days.

We were traveling from different State, and we had to have dinner. We decided to dine in at Popeyes. It was really bad decision and worse experience. We got inside around 8:30 pm, floor was wet, staff were not polite, rude, order was wrong. ( employee was mopping the floor while we were eating, and she came closely to our table). I had to ask for napkins because they keep it inside. Also staff were talking about us every time i look around, i found out they were looking towards us. I feel i was not welcomed at all. I promise to not eat Popeyes or pass by your restaurant anymore. Im done

Food was terrible. How do you confuse mild for spicy? The chicken was dry, chewier than jerky, missing breading, and no dark meat at all. 16 pieces of dog s***. Seriously over Popeyes after they got rid of Cajun Rice, all you had to do was make decent chicken. It’s what you specialize in and can’t even do that right?!
