I ordered from Popeyes online and I did not get my chicken sandwich, so I tried calling them multiple times. However, they did not pick up. Finally after many calls they picked up. After I told them my sandwich was missing, they said wait one moment. They then left the call on without saying anything for about 5 minutes. I tried saying “HELLO” numerous times, and they proceeded to ignore me. I paid for the sandwich, and it is shown on the receipt. I tried to call again, but they didn’t pick up. I never got a refund or my sandwich. This is not the first time I paid for an item and it was missing from this location. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

It’s Cajun fried chicken; what’s not to like. The restaurant was clean and service was as fast as it could be at Popeyes. I guess I lucked out, since the two employees I talked to spoke English. That appears to be an issue from other reviews.

I had 3 combo orders. The worker Alba refused to give me more than 2 honey mustard sauces, and was really disrespectful. Then talks in Spanish to her coworkers in front of me laughing while I’m asking for sauce. Maybe because I’m African American, terrible service. 0/10 and I will be contacting the district manager as well.

they always have the best deals from their phone app. it can be a hit or a miss if you come by when it is slow. but when it is busy around lunch or dinner the chickens are really fresh and juice. i have seen some of the ladies working there for the last six years and they are professional and hard working. they work in a small group so they always work hard to make that place run smoothly so give them a break and be patient. my only gripe is that their drinks are slightly overpriced.
