Know what is worse than spending 17.00 on a burger? Getting on the highway and realizing your burger is made completely wrong and everyone else in the car got cold food.
Let be back up a few steps…..because this place is a complete disaster.
We came in and attempted to use the self serve screens. The screen wouldn’t allow us to order a 4pc kids meal because it was “out of stock” but 6pc meals were in stock. It also said the onion rings were out of stock. There was a lady at the register next to us who we asked why this was like this, she shrugged her shoulders.
I asked if we could order from her, she agreed to take our order.
Well this was quite unpleasant as well. Constant goans, eye rolls, and complete irritation while we placed our 63.00 order.
After all this, our order is wrong, and….cold.
The worst part is, you can’t even just pull a u turn on the free way to make them fix it. So you are stuck with disappointment.
All in all this place gets two thumbs down.
I want a refund for the meals we were screwed out of.

Hey, it’s a fast food establishment, if the food is tasty, the right temp and the service (by a real person, not some impersonal automated kiosk like McDonalds and Wendy’s) is fast and friendly, what more can you ask for? In addition, BK is one of the few that still give out great coupons so your meal is also priced reasonably. I think they’re the best deal in town.

I don’t say this lightly, but do not order here. You are better off driving to the next pit stop. The service is terrible, they are rude, the food us bad, and they choose the dinner rush to swap the cash register, taking 30+ minutes to do so and not accepting cash at all. I could have made my own food at the closed Chick-fil-A faster than I was served, and I still would have gotten my food faster and better.

The lines for the 2 self service machines were so long! Using the machines takes longer than talking to a person. The wait for the food& drinks was a little over 10 minutes. It would have been longer, but once I started taking pictures more employees started working instead standing idly by while one person did all the work. Also they paid no attention to the drinks that customers ordered with their meals- we all had to ask for them. Finally though all staff were wearing gloves, they were still touching their faces, clothes etc with their gloved hands and then touching the food. The whole system here at this rest stop Burger King is a mess. – food was barely warm as well, including cold onion rings.

I hadn’t had Burger King in a long time but I am so glad I stopped here. The junior whopper was so good. The fries lacked a bit of salt but they would be great if you preferred ketchup. Ketchup is free (and I think mustard too), but other sauces cost money. They do have quite a few to choose from. You order from a kiosk and they have Burger King crowns. It’s a nice open area and there are lots of seats. It was clean and pretty.

If a business was run solely by mouth breathers, this would be it. Nearly 10 minutes for my food, which I’d be fine with, but the lack of customers indicated the turnaround should be a little bit quicker.
There were literally 5 tickets total and between the three people working there may have been all of a dozen brain cells vying for dominance.
I can now understand why there was a line at the Jesus Chicken spot Chick-fil-a because they seem to have a sense of urgency about them.
In the time I waited, I could be at the next exit and ordering at another Burger King

Horrible place. i am a trucker and like to stop at a burger king so this place is my go to option. The customer service is nonexistent, 1 guy is doing all the work while the others are walking around talking and doing nothing. i felt bad for the guy!
the order machine needs improvements. it doesnt give u the option to get a fanta, you choose ” fountain drink” and without you knowing it, it choose coke.
If you want somebody to take your order, good luck! they will ignore you.

STAY AWAY!! Donot waste your time and money here. Over 30 min wait for fast food??? $17 for a small fry, small impossible burger and a small soda? (Soda machine out of order)highway robbery. I thought ordering from a kiosk was supposed to save time and money cuz they sure haven’t passed any of that down to the customer. Shame on you Burger King for such poor service at one of your locations.
