I gave 1 star for service but if I could split my rating I would. The kid at the drive thru window would have gotten a 5, but the manager would be no star/rating at all.
Food order was wrong and was cold.
There is a nice size sign as you pull up to the drive-thru about their $5 specials.
We wanted the 3-piece chicken & the 2 chicken wraps (you get 2 wraps for $5 my husband just said “wrap” not “wraps”) so we did only get 1 wrap.
We probably should have told them it’s off the “special” menu but I guess they don’t take the liberty to clarify your order so they charged us regular price.
When we questioned it, the kid at the window was super nice but he had to get someone who, I suppose was the manager.
She seemed annoyed to have to come to the window but she said we should have clarified that we wanted food off that special menu and then she said it would be an additional $3 if we wanted the other wrap.
Our first experience years ago was not good so we haven’t been there since. Today we thought we’d give it another try.
Our minds are made up. Never again.

The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean. With that being said my whole order was cold. I ordered 2 spicy wraps with no pickles. I got 2 mild wraps with pickles. In separate transaction I ordered to strawberry cheese cake pies. I only got 1. I don’t think anyone pays attention to what they are doing.

This is THE WORST Popeyes I’ve ever been to. STAY AWAY. I live nearby and have been giving them “second chances” for years now because when the food is fresh, it’s pretty good. My order is wrong 80% of the time, I often have to wait 20+ minutes for my food, one time I even got two chicken sandwiches that had bone in chicken thighs instead of chicken breast and when I bit into my sandwich I almost choked on a chicken bone! HOW HARD IS IT TO COOK AND SERVE CHICKEN? The franchisee should be ashamed of their restaurant and the food they serve in Millsboro, DE.

Customers service was horrible. I was asked if I was a rewards member just for my rewards app not to work at current store. The cook came up to the window from back and said that I would get a free meal, manager refused what cook was offering Manager named boss lady on name tag Thursday at 11:21 12/11. Pulled in to get lunch today and experienced the most ignorant and rude little girls at the order screen in my 44 years of life. This is who you hire? You lost my business. I know thats a drop in the bucket to a big cooperation but I hope others avoid you because of this. And I say ignorant because you obviously weren’t taught to have respect. Not only for the customer but the company you represent. Most of all you should have respect for yourself. Character is everything and a bad one will serve you no good.

Submitted my mobile order AHEAD of time at 5:32pm. Had to wait pulled over to the side with 6 other cars waiting and didn’t get my food until 6:01pm??? Here’s an idea. Maybe when you know it’s the standard dinner time between 4pm and 7pm cook MORE food so people don’t have to WAIT 30 MINUTES. 6 people working and twiddling their thumbs. You’re better off going across the street to Royal Farms. Ridiculous. Not coming back.

I ordered a family meal with gallon of lemonade. The lemonade had black stuff floating in it. I did the customer support line. They said they would reach out within 48. They did just to ask for a picture of the tainted food like I would keep it around my kids to wait to take a picture for them and I still haven’t received any real answers or my money back

After waiting for over 30 minutes for our chicken, we were given pieces that we did not want (mild vs spicy). There was 4 of us, and we almost gagged on what we ate. The batch of chicken that was served was rotten. I took the manager on the side so as not to cause a scene, and told her. She was very professional, agreed the chicken was bad, called her manager, and threw away the chicken in the back. We love Popeyes. Been a customer for over 40 years. But I don’t think my family will ever visit Popeyes again.
