I had an amazing experience at Popeyes thanks to Marlita. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her customer service was outstanding she was attentive, patient, and truly cared about making sure everyone was satisfied. You can tell she takes pride in her work and leads by example. Because of her, the visit was pleasant and efficient. Popeyes is lucky to have someone like Marlita on their team!

Im so mad I lost my receipt and would do the survey for Wandy. She took care of my husband and I Sunday night and man did she have patience with my husband lol. Wandy is a great employee and I’m glad she took care of us. ( That spicy sauce we bought was deff spicy ) Thanks Wandy !!!

This location has such a great customer service. They will do anything to make the customers happy. I have other Popeyes in my area but I drive all the way to this location because I love the food and the service is excellent. You will not regret it. Try this location and you will thank me.

Went today to pick up a online order I placed. I was at the ShopRite located in the same plaza so afterwards I went to pick up my order . Never got notice that it was ready for pick up and now that I think about it , they never send a notice for ready to pick up . I got there and I let the person at the register know that I was there to pick up my order , of course he had no idea about it. So he went and asked for it and he then reached under the counter of the cash register and passed me a bag of food. I sont know why my food was kept there instead of behind the counter next to on the counter top whrre they always keep the food . I stood there and checked my food as always and low and behold every peice of food in the bag was cold, nothing was fresh . So I asked the guy at the register for fresh food because mine was cold , some young lady I assumed was the manager and began to blame me for the reason my food was cold . She told me I took to long coming to pick it up and that it was cold in the building and thats why my food was cold . I didnt argue with her I juat said we was right at ShopRite when I made the order, she was still standing there blaming me for the coldness of the food and told me that it took me about 30 to 40 min to come pick it up and that is why the food is cold. I could not understand for the life of me why she was standing there continuously blaming me the customer for the cold food instead of just apologizing and replacing my food with fresh hot food . I come ro this Popeyes all the time and most of the time the young ladies behind the counter are absolutely ridiculously rude and disrespectful but I always ignore them because they all are not like that and the chicken 9 times out of 10 is always fresh and hot . But for today I guess she just wanted to play the blame game instead of immediately fixing the problem . Eventually she finally gave me some fresh food and we left . Something that could have taken 5 min took over 20 just because she had to much pride or just had a chip on her shoulder or juat didn’t want to face the fact that they gave me a messed up order . I dont get the point of arguing with the customer, its not your food and you didnt pay for it . Just apologize and fix the problem
