We went through the drive-thru, the young lady was polite. However we immediately went straight home to eat and the fries were not even warm not crunchy, they tasted old. We love our french fries but we sure didn’t love those. It won’t stop us from coming back I guess next time you just have to specify you want fresh hot french fries otherwise you’re going to get these old limp cold gross fries.

Went to the drive through, employee FRANKIE was very polite , we were waiting for a bit unsure what was taking so long but Frankie was so kind to come and let us know what we were waiting on and informed us he was making fresh fries . He didn’t have to but he threw in some extra for the wait ! Great customer service, great communication, great food !

How is it that this Burger King has no customers inside. Empty parking lot besides employee cars. No one in line. But still make me wait 5+ minutes just to take my order in drive thru? That’s that great amazing one and only Burger King customer service.

Better than the McDonald’s across the way, and Jack in the Box the next block over. Simple reason…. they never ask if you “Want That in a Combo” after you order a Combo Number #3. Plus their staff aren’t rude. Very pleasant service!

So …I understand it is Christmas night and people having to work is tough…But undercooked beef etc is dangerous .Went to this burger king at about 7:20 and didn’t leave until 8:10 pm almost a full hour in the drivethru and I couldn’t back out because I was locked in by other vehicles.
