Was here last Sunday, saw the marketing at the window $20 for 9pcs of chicken tenders or chickens with fries and biscuits. I love when they have this kind of great deals because Popeyes can get so expensive for their meals lol especially when the next door they have bojangles and I’m pretty sure they are way cheaper. But Popeyes chicken is one of my son favorites so I was happy that I stopped by that day with great promo.

Not my favorite Popeyes location, but the food was good. They forgot to include my biscuit, so that disappointed me, but the restaurant was clean enough. The counter worker was friendly but didn’t seem to understand English very well, but it worked out.

I only went one time and I ordered takeout. The drive thru is convenient, but I like to go inside and eyeball the server. I ordered take out from the inside and the server was so kind with a luminous smile. The food was served warm. It’s good to ask for the dipping sauces cuz sometimes they assume you don’t want any. The sauce is what makes the chicken taste better because the chicken fingers seem to be a little dry, but my son likes it that way LOL

It’s ridiculous that you only have one person doing everything!! Drive thru, counter and cooking! For $13/hour ?! I felt bad for the girl working there. We left bc it was so backed up . We were there Fri and same deal and same girl. A shame bc our food was good but service terrible and not her fault. DO BETTER!

Im never going to this location ever again!! I ordered online and when i went to pick up my order. Everything was made wrong and when i asked for them to make it correctly he refused and said the order is correct. When I asked for a refund, they said sorry no refunds. Enjoy the food and this was coming from the manager. That works there!! Worse service i have ever gotten

Ordered the Five Nights at Freddy’s meal. They didn’t have any of the cupcakes so they gave me 2 extra tenders. They also forgot my cheesy bites. The restaurant was empty other than like 2 people but my order took about 20 minutes. Same your money and go somewhere else. Only sort of redeeming quality was that the employees were nice.

The food is good. The heat is never higher then 55 degrees in the winter. If they are closed they do not disable online ordering. So you can drive for miles only to find out its closed.

This place sucks so bad, we had ordered a bundle with 4 biscuits the guy took the order and didn’t bother telling us that the machine was broken. He proceeded to go on his phone in the back. We waited for a good thirty minutes before we asked where our food was, and it was then another employee told us the machine was broken. Terrible experience I wish I could give it zero stars.

Every time I come to the location in Quakertown. I have a lady . I have to deal with she’s always there. She gives me hard biscuits dried out chicken. You could definitely can tell she does not eat there. She’s from another country, and she just doesn’t care. she what she gives the customer. Also very expensive two chicken thighs, mac and cheese and a drink. $20. Stay away from the location in quakertown pennsylvania!
