Popeyes was truly disappointing. The popcorn shrimp were removed from the menu. I was offered the butterfly shrimp. I accepted! They were awesome! I had two orders of butterfly shrimp. The card reader not working was an issue. However, the Manager use reader at the drive through window. I ordered the 10 wings as an addition. I was afraid to eat these wings. The skin on most of the wings were bruised and it showed through the fried batter. The bones were black. I couldn’t enjoy my wings at all. As much as 1/3 of wing cost, it should the best 1/3 of a wing ever made. Thank goodness, I had the butterfly shrimp. I was not happy with my overall experience.

I went on a bad night apparently. I wanted to try the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, but they didn’t have any of the ghost pepper items. On top of that, the soda fountain machine was broken, so they didn’t have any drinks besides sweet tea or lemonade. I didn’t get a free drink, but they gave a free mashed potatoes and gravy for the inconvenience. It was also a wait for spicy tenders, but they were hot and fresh, so worth the wait. The guy working behind the counter was pretty nice and apologetic about everything, so that’s the main reason for three stars and not two.

Before, I delve into this review I’d like to say I ordered through Door Dash and our bags were not closed. Boneless wings which are pictured completely covered in sauce had almost none. Naked tenders looked more like chicken jerky. The five tenders I received measured more like three even before they were cooked. The missing sides and sauces and medium order of fries just left me convinced I won’t be going back.

This place takes absolutely forever every single time. I don’t even eat here, just pick up Uber Eats for customers here. They never have any chicken ready, which makes no sense because it’s what everyone orders. The workers are always walking around complaining and swearing. If you come here and have any problem with your food (which, you will!) and then complain about it, they will stand around talking crap about you. I know this from the extremely long amount of time I spend standing in the place waiting for orders to be done. Just don’t even come here or order from here, the food is not worth whatever you will have to go through.

The manager at this place needs to be fired. They are always out of everything and didn’t have any soda at all today when I went. In fact I only got one pickle slice on my sandwich because they said they were close to being out! As someone who has worked in food service I don’t understand how you can run out of pickles! They are the easiest thing quite possibly for an establishment to keep in stock. I always came here for the food but never again until this place gets cleaned up.

I went through the drive through this afternoon. Upon being handed my daughter’s lemonade, it was discovered that there was a bug on the lid. I immediately handed it back to Amber and said “there’s a bug on the lid, can I have a new drink?” She touched the bug with her finger, squished it with her unsliced hand and said “it was a fuzzy”. I again said “Can I please have a new drink?” She slammed the drive through window shut, got a new lemonade and handed it to me, said nothing, but again slammed the window in my face. She then yelled through the closed window “You need to pull up and wait for your food.” I placed a call to the store to express my displeasure with the poor level of customer care and was told by Amber that “she’s a manager and that they don’t wear gloves when doing drinks.” I again said “you slammed the window in my face twice, that is very poor customer service.” She had virtually no response. I will NEVER go back there, it was a first and last time for my family. Their employees need trained on customer care and courtesy! Do better!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The garbage staff do not ever seem to want to actually make any food let alone do their job, They are always conveniently out of food at any time of day, the sides and chicken when they do somehow get it to you is cold and half the time the coleslaw and other sides taste rancid. If Popeyes franchise owners had any sense – they would close this place and find a place with people with some actual work ethic.

Ordered online for pick up and waited over 30 minutes for them to bring the food out. No “sorry about your wait” or apology for having to wait so long. There was one other car there also waiting just as long. They weren’t even busy. Louisiana fast? More like Louisiana slow.
I ordered Coke Zero and they said they didn’t have that. They were out of Diet Coke, so I had to get a drink I didn’t really want. They also didn’t give me all my condiments and some parts of the chicken looked undercooked. There was raw batter on at least one tender. How does it take 30 mins to cook chicken tenders and they’re still not thoroughly cooked? I just hope we don’t get food poisoning.

I ordered a meal in the app for pickup consisting of spicy tenders, regular tenders, shimp, and a Coke. We arrived 10 minutes later and gave our name at the drive thru speaker. Everything was fine until we pulled up to the window.
There they told us they had no spicy tenders and no regular Coke. They waited until we got to the window to tell us this. Then the workers cannot cancel or refund the order. We also cannot cancel or get a refund though the app. There is no way to talk to a customer service representative. You cannot call, email, or chat. The phone tells you to go through the chat. The chat tells you sorry, we can’t help you.
With no food and no refund, that is fraud, deceptive business practice, and theft by service. Everything that happened was unacceptable and unlawful. A person should not have to go through such deception. Yes, you can dispute through your bank, but it should never have to get to that level for something as simple as a fast food meal. Again, theft by service.
