One of the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered the kings Hawaiian fish sandwich and bacon Swiss. Food was cold, extremely messy. You could tell how cold it was just by holding the wrapper. It was a wait, so I thought the food would at least be warm. Had to go home and warm the food and melt the cheese in my own oven. Definitely not worth $23.

I had a Greek yeros combo with curly fries. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was exceptional. The server had a smile in her voice. She made me feel welcome and that my business was appreciated. My day was made better because I chose Arby’s for lunch today.

I’ve been going to Arby’s for years. I usually get the Reuben sandwich. It is my favorite. The meat is tender and not too fatty. I like the sauce and the sourdough bread is great. I would recommend Arby’s to my friends and family.

I started to order my food and the lady cut me off saying she doesn’t open till 11:30am and the AI they have won’t let her take orders. I stop here for lunch often I have a cleaning business so eating on the go is definitely on my regular schedule and I can always count on Arby’s to be fresh and hot very friendly service as well.

Sat in line for 17 mins in the drive thru, I called the store to see if perhaps the machines were down or there was an issue if the food production.
Called three times and they picked up on the third call. The Sassy lady gave me a toss of attitude.
Sheets is across the road, heading there. Not worth the wait. If you are in Sanford and don’t a lot of service you would think they would increase their service rate.

Recently just came from there but had to go back because they forgot an extra whole meal when we got there me and my mom had gotten an argument with the manager named Demarcus and in the middle of the argument the manager goes back and talk to the cook that was making my moms food turns out the cook gave my mom RAW ROAST MEAT on my sandwich the rest of the sandwiches were cooked all the way but gave my mom raw meat all because they were upset if my mom would’ve eaten that she would’ve gotten sick. So I will be suing.
Poor service, poor management, FIRE THAT MANAGER his attitude, one of the female workers and the cook’s attitude ARE DISGUSTING and are disgusting people.
