I have been here a couple of times. Every time I have gone, something went wrong. Either what I wanted was not available, the food I got was not good, the customer service was horrible or all of the above. The only reason I went back multiple times was because the first couple of times, they were brand new. I wanted to give them a few chances to get through growing pains. Well, their time has passed and I will never go there again. Especially since there is a Chick-fil-A across the street now.

Every time I have gone to the McKinley Pkwy. Hamburg New York location they mess up my order 3 times in a few month span of time. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with French fries…… no fries. A big box with rice and mashed potatoes instead I got Mac and cheese! This was the 3rd time this has happened! These people can’t get anything right! It’s ridiculous when you can’t even get a freaking mild chicken breast because all they freaking make is hot ones! some people and some dogs like chicken not spicy and sometimes it’s a matter of an animal having a kidney disease and needing to eat urgently and being told that they have to wait 25 minutes if you don’t take a spicy one! Now our dog is gonna go hungry and my daughter’s all mad and won’t bring him any chicken! thanks a lot Popeyes for Nothing!!!!!!! Horrible service!!

The food was great but had a mix up of getting mash potatoes instead of red beans & rice. I discovered it before walking out the door. Apparently, there was a mix up with a customer at the drive through as well and the man was yelling and beating on the drive-thru window. The couple came in while I was leaving. I think this will be on social media. A women appeared to be recording this. He was very irate and I hope everyone is okay in the restaurant.
