Extremely disappointing experience that borders on predatory. I order a combo meal and then find out that it doesn’t actually come with a drink, and they have taped over the word “drink” on the combo description. The price of a standalone drink isnt on the menu, nor did I get an itemized receipt to even know how much I paid for it.
At the end of the day a combo meal with an extra chicken sandwich ended up being $30. Absolutely insane. Extremely regretful to have gone there.

I only gave a 2 star review because they got my order “right”, I received the food i oreded except the chicken was mostly breading and the fries weren’t full. Otherwise crappy service (like they didn’t even want to be there) and an inability to not be able to pay cash (becaus the cash register is broken) overall it just felt like I was an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend.

Go to burger King instead. Food was ok, service was terrible, employees were disgruntled. The employees have modified the menu board with white tape so a combo does not include a drink. You can see the words “drink” under the tape. I got the #3 and a drink- it was $16.73. I understand I’m probably paying more because we’re in a travel Plaza but this was a waste of money.

I live in Rochester Ny, Me & my boyfriend drives an hour to come into this Popeye’s because the ones that we have back at home food is never fresh & seasoned as this one.. Thanks for the fresh food & the friendly customer service.. Great job..

Food was warm and tasty. That’s about the best that I can say… it’s is also very salty and very expensive. I paid 4.39 for a coleslaw that I never received. I am sure there is a staffing issue here and can’t say I blame the employees for being frustrated. I have to remember to bring sandwiches when on the NY State Thruway!

Well, how else can I say this, but other than I just got scammed at Popeyes. Ordered a 2-piece meal that comes with a side and biscuit. Got no biscuit was told it would be an added cost. Also got charged for the side 4.39 thay should have came with the 2 piece meal. The guy rang everything up independently. He told me that because I wanted two thighs, he had to ring it up independently. When in fact you just add the tigh to the 2 piece. If you want to get ripped off, eat here if not go to another place down the road. Not worth stopping there for food unless you like getting taken and over charged.

Got a sweet tea and after meal ask for a refill. Paid $4.12 and they told me no refills. It does not say that on the menu. Sad to pay so much and not get a refill.
