I bought a boneless chicken combo and they gave me 2 small tenders. When I told the manager what I had been sold, the response was, “That’s what we sell, and it was up to me whether I ate them, so there was nothing I could do.”

Very disappointed. 4:30 and they has no spicy chicken (signature dish), and the red beans and rice were only 1/2 full. It was all right with only a tablespoon or so of beans on the bottom . Cost $30
At least you should give a full portion after kicking my wallet in the nuts!

Second time here. The chicken is extra extra oily/greasy. I know it’s a new place and staff but the chicken is SO heavy with oil. The people seem unhappy and miserable for some reason. I’ve gone to the chic fil a that opened on the west bound side further down and the people are all smiles and happy and seem glad to have their jobs. I couldn’t wait to finally get some Popeyes as there are none where I live. Total disappointment.

Popeyes literally left off the drink with their meals…the whole point of getting a meal is to have a meal, how crunched for cash do they have to be to be that cheap. The price of said meals is no gift either. At least Chik-fil-a gives you some bang for your buck. I paid 15 bucks for 3 tenders, a tiny side of rice and beans, and no drink…and I’m still hungry.

Combos don’t come with drinks now? Come on, really? Oh, and it would help to ask people what sauce they want with their combos when ordering. Two other people had the same issue. They don’t give you sauce unless you directly ask.

Enjoyed the food so I can’t complain there but the service was subpar and I feel scammed for not getting a fountain drink.
