they just charged me 3 extra dollars (6 0.50 cent charges) for a strawberry lemonade. no reason, it’s apart of the combo i ordered. check your receipts people. they’ll charge you extra for nothing. i’ve been coming to this location for awhile and this is a first for me. considering not coming back here because of the mystery $3 charge. one combo should not cost $16.

OK so I just spent between the two transactions a little over $100 and ever since they have been under new management or new ownership. The food has been trash first off the chicken is dry and not crispy it’s wet almost when you get it, the large size sides they’re not filling up all the way, and I had to bring that to their attention, and then they get an attitude with you when you inquire about your order being correct damn near everything on the menu they’re out of or they don’t have so you’re really limited on what it is that you can get and when you do get anything it’s trash I see them going out of business soon fingers crossed I’ll just stick with Popeyes in neighboring cities I’ll take to drive

Forgot my sandwich, had to wait in line 7 minutes before I the waitress asked what I needed, told her she told me to get in line and order it even though they forgot it in my order. Asked for ranch they gave me a open Busted one with ranch all over the sides and it was blackened ranch, ask for a regular ranch and a new one because that one was old and opened get a new ranch and it’s also open with a giant slit it in. Do better that’s literally nasty and a health hazard

From the terribly crowded line, to the long wait times, to the undercooked products. I would stay away from here until they figure it out. I’ve had a raw chicken sandwich here, and poor service over the last month. Someone is going to get sick. The service is slow, even when ordered through the app we waited for close to 20 mins!

We ate here today because my son absolutely loves Popeyes chicken. We ordered the combo which clearly advertises it comes with a biscuit. The employee said it does not and that it only comes with the combo meal with nuggets. Oh well, I promised him I would make red lobster biscuits with dinner to make up for it.

Fish sandwich was dry and small. Manager tried to up sell me a large meal instead of the regular size. No napkins were included. Only bonus was the Bayou Buffalo sauce that I asked for and the manager reluctantly gave me. Don’t buy the fish sandwich!!!!!!

Chicken is juicy and made fresh, tastes great! Love that all their chicken is Halal, that’s hard to find in a Popeyes. Customer service could be better. I was charged some kind of extra charge since I used a coupon!!! Never saw that charge when I bought at full price Better get there early if it’s not a holiday because they stop cooking chicken for some reason 3 hours before closing ..never understood that part. SHANTO has a bad habit of secretly mixing spicy and regular chicken into your box if they are running low on what you want, without even asking, even though they have enough! So if I get a 10 piece regular box they’ll put 4 spicy, I DONT like spicy!!! Also, sometimes they offer sauces for free and other times this dude SHANTO

15 minute wait for food with line not that long. Cashier added in two $.50 upcharges instead of one and would hope we don’t notice. Avoid. Go to Troy if you want Popeyes.
