Tendies get smaller and so do the employees brains at the desk. Shout out to my man today at 12:00 on 7/11 waiting 5 minutes for biscuits. I had to yell at the guy and tell him just give me my order as they can’t execute an order efficiently.
Why prepare half my order when everything is not complete? Why let the chicken sit in a box for 5+ minutes waiting for biscuits that should have been prepared ahead?
Owner/ managers of this location is also playing with the chicken. This isn’t the normal size tenders. Pathetic. And yet I wonder why I still buy fast food lol
Ps I dare anybody to guess how many pieces that was? (6)

I’ve only been to popeyes 4 times in my life, all 4 at this location. Out of those experiences, 2 have gone poorly. At that rate, it might be wise to just not go back. On my 3rd trip here, I ordered the 6 pc chicken tenders 2 can dine combo on their app. They forgot to include the biscuits and sauce. I called, they were unable to offer me anything and told me to come back another time. A couple weeks later, tonight, I came back for the same meal. I thought pretty earnestly told the woman behind the counter last time I hadn’t gotten my sauce or the biscuits and could she just make sure to add those in there. She came back at me with an attitude, rushed me through the transaction, and had me pay. I had just worked a 14 hour day, I was really looking forward to this meal. She hands me the bag and tells me their signature popeyes sauce, the one I wanted, is out of stock and will never be coming back. If this change on the menu is real, she should have specified that upon checkout, as I probably wouldn’t have gotten the meal then. I was not trying to pick a fight, honestly I was just disappointed, but instead, the employee ramps up the tension and begins arguing with me. I’m tired, I worked a long day, I was being as polite and nice as possible, and the employee jumped down my throat, was very rude, and frankly not a good personality to be working front end. I worked for years front and back of house in restaurants, I totally get it, but like… this was a really small interaction that should NOT have escalated that way. Will probably not be going back, drove down the street and got the exact same signature sauce from Wendy’s. Oh well.

Very friendly staff, clean location, chicken served right. I was curious about the new pickle menu items and happened to be in the area, so I drove to this location. The parking lot was clean and had plenty of parking. The interior also looked well maintained.
I ordered a six wing combo with the pickle sauce flavoring, cole slaw, and strawberry tea. The wings were spicier than I expected, but had a nice taste. The slaw was your standard Popeyes slaw, but served as a nice balance to the wings. The tea could’ve used more ice, but it was still good. Not as sweet as I expected, which is a good thing.

I have never had an issue with fast food restaurants up to today. Had some tenders from this popeyes which is near my house and in 3 years of living in Huntington never visited. Wish I never did. The chicken tenders were dried, seem like they were preheated from 2 weeks ago, just a thing of the devil himself. Paid 17.38 for the meal, which overpriced and a lot for a meal. Just got home to diarrhea, wont eat there again. Just poor effort food

I’ve been here many times, usually via drive thru, but I went inside for lunch on 8/23 and was so impressed by the experience. The staff was so professional, personable, attentive, and courteous. We waited a few minutes for fresh food and they brought it out to us at our table which was a nice touch, and they were quick to refill our drinks when we asked. A lot of places often have inconsistent quality when it comes to chicken but Popeyes is always excellent. Your whole team working on 8/23 around 1:30pm was truly exemplary – I never expected to enjoy a fast food experience so much.

Ordered an 8-piece chicken only with frozen strawberry lemonade. The chicken was lukewarm with mostly extra crispy skin. Definitely had that heated-under-a-lamp taste. Oh, 25 cents for a pack of sauce is ludicrous. Should include 4 sauces standard for an 8 piece meal at least!!! My drink was super sweet should’ve just bought the classic drink instead and got more ice in it. I’ve ordered from here before but I was less than satisfied this time around.

I’ve been in the US for 10 months, and this is the first time I’ve seen a business with such a beautiful restroom. It smelled wonderful. Kudos to the person who cleaned the restrooms, and even though they were about to close, everything was so fresh. Thank you.

The food is good, but 9/10 times I order at this store from uber or DoorDash there is at least one item missing whether it is the sauce or side (coleslaw) etc. Please double check that all the items are in the bag before handing off to driver

First time trying out these new wings (Honey lemon pepper ) delish! Mac and cheese my opinion is OK not horrible .The blackened chicken sandwich spicy is awesome def got some heat !

Terrible and very bad customer service. I left work, I placed an order through the Uber platform to pick up my dinner, it was already past 10:00 PM and all the chairs were on top of the tables, I decided to ask the woman at the window if I could still go into the lobby to pick up my food, she answered me in an offensive way that to speak to her I had to talk to her on the horn, I told her I just want to know if the lobby is open or closed, I parked and got out, mumbling things to myself in Spanish and I also know Spanish, I asked her if that was the way to treat customers, I asked her her name and she refused to tell me, I asked another girl if she was the manager and she told her that sincerely that is not what a manager should do, they should change her position, it feels like a bad work environment and terrible customer service.
