Placed an order through Uber Eats. It took about 25 minutes to arrive, and the bag wasn’t even sealed. Basic food safety and professionalism were ignored.
I ordered my chicken sandwiches with no mayo. They showed up drowned in mayo on both sides and missing the pickles. Completely wrong order, completely unusable.
Uber refunded me $2 for an order I couldn’t eat. That’s unacceptable. I want a full refund. There’s no reason I should pay for food that was made incorrectly.
If you want this review taken down, refund the full order. You have my receipt—look it up, process the refund, and once I see it’s resolved, this review comes down.

They explained to me how an order arrived without the sauces I paid for and without the drinks I ordered, and with the bag open. It’s unacceptable. What do they think? That the people ordering are dogs? And even if they were animals, you’d be the first to blame for not caring about food safety and ensuring orders arrive complete. It’s unbelievable. Has to be the worst, most horrible Popeyes in Queens matter of fact the worst I’ve ever experienced the food is always cold. The fries are always cold when you order on DoorDash they never send what you asked for. It is a horrible, horrible experience every single time. Fries taste like they’ve been out for days chicken taste like old oil. I keep trying, but all they do is disappoint. God forbid you order extra sauces. You never get them. You never get a straw with a drink. It’s just horrible.

I had a very serious issue after eating here. The meat did not seem to be cooked thoroughly, and I ended up getting extremely sick and having to go to urgent care. This was a very upsetting and frustrating experience. I strongly urge the restaurant to review their food safety and cooking practices to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
