Have been here before. Food is always good. Service top shelf. When we first went in the music was very loud. Was difficult to hear what the employee was saying and difficult for her to hear us. Someone turned it down and was much better. They had the air turned down too low. Would’ve been nice in the summer but when it’s end of November it usually isn’t too hot to have it down so low

Great for gluten free! We came for lunch today and I ordered a gluten free sandwich. They have good allergy protocols, wiping the entire slicer, changing gloves, they kept my sandwich on a separate tray with its own knife, and they have completely separate meats and condiments. Some locations are better than others with their precautions, and this location was on point. Great job!

We love coming to this location! Especially when Jacob is working. After only a few times he remembered us and was so sweet! He is a literal beam of light. So helpful and kind with the biggest smile. You guys should keep him on a tight leash because I definitely want to poach him to come work with me! All around an amazing employee. I loved Jersey Mikes and the food already, but this top tier amazing customer service will have me returning to this location over closer ones to my home!

Great customer service but the giant Italian that I ordered had laser cut meats and cheese …no flavor at all….except for the pickles I had on the sandwich.
The rosemary bread was void of rosemary flavor and hard on the ends.
The Italian meats and cheese were not quality…..for $ 23.00 including tip I should have gone to a real Italian deli and gotten a real Italian sub…..Mike should monitor his stores more closely.
I received a response from the owner and they would like to make it right for me….the generic response that is given to all bad reviews have no validity and the web site doesn’t exist to make things right……

2/6 around 8pm – the guy working tonight was SO great! he made sure everyone was taken care of, despite the rush. he kept apologizing for the wait but there was no need! i did not get his name, but he definitely needs to be recognized for his efforts. plus my food was delicious!

We have had subs from numerous Jersey Mike’s. It’s always been a great experience. We were very disappointed with the subs from this location. The rolls were hard and dry. They were not the same rolls other Jersey Mike’s uses. It was nothing like home. The rolls were so hard and dry, that it ruined the sandwiches. $32 + for a regular and a giant sub … wasted money.
