Great for gluten free! We came for lunch today and I ordered a gluten free sandwich. They have good allergy protocols, wiping the entire slicer, changing gloves, they kept my sandwich on a separate tray with its own knife, and they have completely separate meats and condiments. Some locations are better than others with their precautions, and this location was on point. Great job!

Was looking forward to a simple dinner and getting sandwiches. But the service at Jersey Mike’s on Rittenhouse and Ellsworth is horrible. They were not busy and had more staff on hand than customers. First no one greets you there, I stood to get my sandwiches ordered and the girl is talking to me while still making a sandwich and asks what I want. She was very far away so I had to yell my order. I ordered 3 sandwiches and chips. I asked the person making my sandwich to mark this particular sandwich on the bag so I knew which one without cheese. Of course they didn’t do it. After I paid I was waiting for my order to get bagged and the guy just walks away. I said can I get a bag I have 4 items, he just hands me the bag and walks away, he didn’t bag it. I then said did you not mark the bag I asked, he said no. He walks away again I said I need my kids drink. I really like Jersey Mike’s but I will avoid this location in the future, I suggest hiring people who actually care.

We have gone to locations a few times, we have had good experiences previously, but on Friday night around 9:30pm it was the best service and sandwich. Whatever crew was on late on 5/19/23 they were super friendly and it was the best sandwich we’ve had there. We like giving praise when it’s deserved. We were on our way to drop food off at the hospital to our son who was having his second child. THANKS, JERSEY MIKES!

Jersey Mike’s at the Rittenhouse location is fantastic! The staff are very friendly, professional and always handle my food very carefully due to a raw tomato allergy. I highly recommend this location to everyone if you’re looking for a nice, clean and friendly environment to have a phenomenal, fresh and tasty sandwich!

The cheese steak has always been good but tonight the bread was different and the sandwich was dry. Basically had to throw it out. Very disappointed. Seems the bread was baked with parmasan and rosemary. Nasty!

I hate to give Jersey Mike’s a bad review but it’s what they deserve. 1st time to this Jersey mikes are 1st impression walking in there was a lot of food on the floor and the tables very dirty obviously we assume they just had a rush,NO they just don’t care why because We ordered roast beef but they were out of it that’s OK it happens . we ordered a turkey sub 5 slices of turkey not cool the sub roll was so hard you could knock on it lol with your hand and i had to give it back to them, I ask how does this happen the guy with the Beard blamed it on the morning crew. When he made the sandwich and wrapped it he obviously could feel how rock hard the roll was even one of the employees said that is pretty hard he knew what he was serving they need to retrain the guy with the beard I love Jersey Mike’s but we will never come back to this one it’s not managed well at all . I bought 2 subs with my points that means i am a good customer. we gave him the subs back and they actually gave us cash because there so called manger said mmm I don’t know how to give back points so here is cash. Yes I walked into Jersey Mike’s and walked out with cash no sub . I would have loved a sub not cash I go to Jersey Mike’s because of the condistancy they once had back to Jimmy John’s, and firehouse Subs
