Ordered the 11 piece family meal special tonight at this location. Meal was fresh and the side orders were filled up to the top. Biscuits were fresh as well. The only issue, like every location when ordering at night for dinner is staffing issues. Location was out of spicy and wait time was 15 mins and only 1 employee who seemed overworked, was in the kitchen prepping all the orders.

Nothing in my order was correct. In fact, the items that were sent (via Door Dash no fault to them) were either old or the last of a batch. Food was EXTREMELY hard. Like it had been fried a few times. Don’t order from them UNLESS you’re in the restaurant – and that way you can ensure what you’re getting is what you ordered…and FRESH!!

They’re putting chicken tenders in a 5 dollar sandwhich. They have 2 registers, and they’re never both in use, the rush hours where they get the most online orders they force people to wait in line to pick up their orders, no instructions on where to stand to pick up vs place orders. In addition, they started hiring spanish speaking workers( at $0 extra pay) to sell to the Latin community who cannot read English, again- inclusivity is great, not when abuela has 10 questions about a menu she doesn’t understand while there are 8 people standing behind her, some waiting to pick up their online orders and the second register is unused. Those online orders get priority, and so they get made first and start to cool down on a counter the entire time. I’m not shopping here anymore because of the skimpy chicken, they’re gonna be selling breaded chicken skins and buns soon.

Long lines, slow service, they’re always out of items. They even buy good reviews to keep up with the bad ones. It’s so annoying this is the only Popeyes besides the one in the palisade mall.

Everything was inedible I spent $18 & some change for 5 whole wings a large coleslaw and a so called blueberry cream pie. Chicken and the pie greasy and cold no cream in the pie the slaw no taste. And is not the first time I’ve been disappointed. But last night was simply too much to bare. $18 is lot of money to throw to the garbage. You need to investigate of what going on in that Spring Valley store, or just because it’s Spring Valley you don’t care at all.

Takes them years to get your order ready. One of the slowest fast food experiences I’ve ever went through. Can take upwards of 20 min to get a 3 piece tenders. Went to the location in Paramus and it takes them 2 minutes, at most.
