I’m a bit piss off about the Mac n cheese I received today. I paid almost $5 dollars for this small Mac n cheese, doesn’t even look edible, and it’s not even filled. Also the cashier handed me a dollar in pocket change, penny’s, dimes, etc. So disappointed, and def not coming back…

I had the pleasure of visiting Popeyes after volunteering at a school event. When I arrived,the restaurant was very clean and the cashiers were pleasant. One cashier in particular, David took our order. He provided friendly and efficient customer service. He let us know that they had run out of the original chicken that we ordered. He asked us if we wanted to wait for the original or substitute and get some spicy pieces. We ended up trying the spicy. We conversed about work, and I complimented him on his positive attitude. We ordered the fried chicken with fries and mashed potatoes for our side orders.
The food was very delicious! Thank you for the pleasant experience and dedication to making sure that everything was freshly prepared!

The star of the show, of course, is their fried chicken. The crispy, flavorful coating combined with the juicy and tender chicken beneath is a match made in fast-food heaven. The sides, including the Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes with gravy complement the main dishes perfectly. Each side has its unique taste, and they are all delicious.
What I appreciate about Popeyes is the consistent quality of their food. No matter which location I visit, I know I can count on the same great taste and texture in their offerings.
The service at the restaurant I visited was prompt and friendly too.

I barely go here now, but the people reviews showing the disgusted food and mold on it, im heavily concerned about it and my dad usually went when we want to and as soon as we thought our food was okay, it KINDA looked disgusting from the looks of it, the biscuits were a little dry but was no big issue, There’s a lot but the taste was fabulous, There’s no reason why those reviews lie all the time. been going here for years and has not seen a single issue. So far it’s just a mixed bag of bad and goods.

I usually go through the drive through here. But the staff seems very pleasant. One or two times they might get it wrong but no one’s perfect right? I love ❤️ Popeyes.

I received my order wrong and when I called the branch they told me there was nothing they do to help me and my order was there. They can’t help. The delivery person refused to take back the wrong order and when I complained online no response till today. I want full refund & an apology for the inconvenience.
