My first time at this restaurant, very colorful and clean. I was greeted & serviced by Christina, extremely helpful and friendly. She suggested a few drink options. For Mexican restaurants in Vero Beach, Ay Jalisco is pretty good overall. It may not be the very best Mexican food I’ve ever had, but the convenience of their locations around town is a big plus. I’ve never had an issue with the food, and the atmosphere and service have generally been solid.

I especially want to mention Manny behind the bar— he’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. He’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience.
