Popeyes Chicken – Louisiana Fried Goodness
If we’re talking fried chicken, this one has to be my number one favorite right now. The vibe of the place is your typical fast-food setup, simple décor, service as you’d expect. Both the classic and the spicy recipes hit the spot for me. I’m not really into super spicy food, but the Popeyes spicy is just right – still flavorful without being overwhelming. Crispy skin, tender meat, exactly how fried chicken should be!

I’ve been to many Popeyes in all types of hoods and I’d have to say for appearance this is one of the best and cleanest Popeyes I’ve been too. The inisde has many cool art pictures/ work my local Popeyes doesn’t have any of this. Now the food everything I ordered tasted good. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders were excellent the rice beans mashed potatoes and Gravy all good too. They even give you moist towelette to clean your hands when you’re done. ( Most Popeyes don’t just give it you or they don’t have them? Excellent place I’d definitely come again. And all the workers were fast and friendly

This cuisine really is a crowd favorite at my house, and it is always worth the trip. Wish I lived closer to the place, but the distance concerns fade away when we chow down on the wonderful food. Thanks for consistently doing a great job at the Phillipsburg, NJ store – you have made our day on many occasions, and leftovers are just a fun bonus!

First time here. We did takeout – ordered ahead on the app. The drive thru was packed but went fairly quick.
The chicken is better than KFC by a long shot. It is flavorful, juicy and the breading was spicy but not too much. I would get the regular chicken over the tenders. The tenders are good but they aren’t juicy- they chicken is more dry. The regular 4pc was perfect and was enough to enjoy the following day. The biscuit was excellent- I could have eaten a whole box of those alone!
This one is in NJ and I had to cross the bridge from PA for it. It is closer than any other Popeyes, and it was very easy to get to. It also weird to see how the old Laneco site now looks. Pburg looks so different than when I grew up there, but in a good way,

New, inexperienced staff.
Popeyes recently opened a restaurant in Jersey on Memorial Pkwy. The new location is pretty busy. Thankfully, you can order ahead of time and pick it up in store. The menu is mostly comprised of chicken sandwiches, tenders, etc. I like their recipe, and they have excellent macaroni and cheese. The staff is friendly however they seem to be a bit inexperienced. With that being said, make sure you check your order. They have an issue with order fulfillment. I noticed a customer return to the store because she was missing an item. I got my order and had to remind the cashier to give me my drink cups. I left and when I got home. I also noticed my order was missing a chicken sandwich!

I like their food, but they’re people need some etiquette how to treat people also using their mobile app. Bought food said it would be ready at 4:17. I’m still waiting. It’s 4:30 every time I order from the app.They’re never ready. I have literally ordered from Flemington New Jersey. It drove thirty minutes to get here and have them barely start making my food when I get here.

Chicken sandwiches delicious on brioche bun ,probably one of the best! . Fries good. Biscuits dry and hard.
Tenders good.Mashed potatoes and gravy good. Comparable to KFC . Different seasonings.Coleslaw would not recommend, KFC has best coleslaw and maybe larger menu options. Why they did not keep fish sandwich permanent, unless sales slow? Restaurant was clean, very pleasant staff. Efficient, need napkins available on counter, have to wait and ask an employee for extra napkins.you need extra napkins for restrooms because is no paper towels.
Rest room needs paper towels to clean up after you wash hands and mouth, blow dryer only? NO lemon for iced teas?
McDonald’s gives you real lemon wedges.
Some drinks no charge refillable.
Too bad most of the offers on the app only apply to mobile ordering, not dine in.
Even free offers.
Would be back for mobile ordering next time to use offers.

Soon before this opened, they had the review page up anyway, and a lot of people were reviewing it before they ever had the ability to even go inside. Just five star five star five stars. So I left a review saying something about hoping the place would wind up getting rats. I take it back!!!! I take it all back!!! Please forgive me!!!

We couldn’t wait for this store to open! I always love Popeyes, but it seems so does everyone in a 10 mile radius. Sometimes it is very busy and you want forever to be served or if that one person is working it makes you feel like going somewhere else.

Groups of people waiting over an hour for their food. They need to hire more staff and help out the people working there so they can be more organized. Kind of a disaster. Ordered ahead on the app and everything, but just chaos.
