I ordered the family size meal plus extras my order came to a total off 107.42 when I got to the store to pick my order up they give it to someone else. So I had to wait long because now they have to make my food over.so because they gave someone else my order the employee was very rude and nasty! Told me I was lying and everything! If you go after dinner time they love to close the lobby before 8:30 and typically hand out stale food. Place a mobile order online and waiting 15 minutes in drive thru when there should have been enough staff scheduled on a Thursday night (2/12/26) to keep the lobby open… you don’t gain business this way, and I already go out of my way to avoid this location, even though I live right off Liberty St…how do you keep customers?
